I rarely care enough to write a detailed negative review, but corporate only 0.3 miles away should be ashamed. Some staff care about their job while others are too casual or in a rush. Was not impressed with the male Asst Mgr nor my cashier that took my order. Asst Mgr was too casual with employees and it showed in the overall vibe and service. Cashier (younger Latina) got my order wrong which required me to send the food back. My sons kids meal didnt include the churros. My wifes pineapple lemonade was not prepared correctly, but no one bothered to approach her at the table. The bathroom was dirty and a mess. I could overhear some staff not speaking to each other respectfully such as server-to-server or server-to-kitchen. Overall, I felt a lot of disrespect among employees at this location and the asst Mgr seemed oblivious. Other staff there were caring to the customers. All the interactions with the staff made me uneasy. I spent a lot of time fixing issues with our dinner instead of actually enjoying dinner. There was one older Latina that approached each customer with care and the runner that was friendly. Id nominate the older Latina to be the manager.

Sharkys is a great place if youre looking for fast Mexican food thats a step-up from Baja Fresh. Burritos are big, tacos are delicious, and if you order the larger portion of nachos, theyll feed a whole family for about $9. The decor is bland - nothing too boisterous, but nothing that stands out, typical of a corporate chain restaurant. The choices are what makes Sharkys shine are the atypical options for its class; as well as the typical chicken and steak, you can get tofu or mahi mahi (though not right now because of a wild mahi shortage & Sharkys "responsible farming") on many of the options. Aside from the mahi and tofu options, nothing really sets Sharkys ahead of competitors; the rice is rice. The beans are beans. Things have cilantro in them. There could be something else that sets Sharkys aside besides a corn salsa and the occasional addition of mango just to keep up with competitors. Sharkys serves delicious food on a budget thats a cut-above competitors like Baja Fresh, but its still Mexican fast food. Overall, I suggest trying it.

The manager here is really cheap on salsa. After ordering a 12 dollar half power plate for lunch, I asked if I could have an extra salsa cup for some more pico. He responded by saying he will charge me .50 more for it! Really! For pico? Food is good by manager is stingy for salsa. This is the first time I ask to pay more for salsa.

I just dont like this place but end up eating here about once every 60 days due to a lack of other options. It is too expensive for what you get. The food is unimaginative and the flavor a little bland. It is very caucasian Mexican food. I would suggest Bad Ass Tacos down the street as an alternative.

The employees here are the best!!! Theyre so friendly and helpful. My sis and I come here at least 3 times a week. I forgot to ask for my burrito without sour cream and cheese and without me even asking they took it back and gave me a new one. Theyre really the best!!!

Worst service ever, they charge you for a large bowl for salsa! The manager "Hugo" is very rude. They used to be good when they had different management, before they were purfect, I dont know what happend. They are very stingy on chips too!

Really good tasting food. Favorites are the nachos with chicken and the Numex Caesar salad with chicken added. Price is on the higher end for this fast casual spot but it is delicious!

Felt like I just ate at a sit-down quality meal. This place is awesome for its fresh food, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Top tier fast-casual. One of the best.
