I cant really give less than five stars to this place. First off, the food is always fresh and excellent, as any Chipotle should be. However, the staff here? They are tops. Friendly, happy people, who dont mind some indulging in chatter whilst youre assembling your dish of choice. Its clean, theyre fast, and I may be biased since I won their free lunch/dinner, but really, every single time Ive been here, Ive loved it. Price ranges for a fresh dish of food are excellent. Despite their issues with food safety, they still made good food. Until recently. They changed out their chips for new, thinner, stale tasting chips and altered their guacamole recipe for something... less. Maybe its budget cuts. Or trying to change the taste to change the image. But. Theyve gone from good to average..

Fresh and fast...nice interior and outside area...can be crowded during lunch. I wish they didnt put so little meat on mines...I wish they were more consistent with quantity. I wanted barbacoa...but it looked dry..usually its in a sauce... so I changed to steak which looked fresher. This was 30 minutes before closing.

Poor service, smaller than usual portion sizes on meat (I ordered double chicken, received less than a single serving compared to other Chipotles) and to top it off the meat was undercooked. Save yourself a terrible meal, drive to another location (nearest is Lindero Canyon exit in Westlake Village)

Fresh, Delicious, affordable, and excellent customer service . Bo Was the one who took our order and his service was excellent. He helped us with the menu and explained it in both languages, English and Spanish. I recommend to visit them in Newbury park!!

Great food and very friendly service. This location has seating indoors and a small patio outside. Its in a good location because in a shopping center, but not in the crowded part of it. Its easy to get to from the freeway. Never a bad experience here.

Quality improved over past review. Consider a rolling pizza cutter for quesadillas? Why are they cutting them with plastic knives that are discarded after one use? It took over a minute for her to cut the thing

Ordering ahead doesnt work as expected, they make it when you arrive? i dont know why you would order a head. i love ther chips and guacamole thing they have here, but the burittos are just over all just decent.

I will never eat here again. I used to eat here at least 3 times a week, Im paying the price now. Food poisoning going on four days now and a visit to the ER. Eat here at your own risk, cant say I didnt warn ya.

This is a very well run, friendly neighborhood Chipotle that is also convenient for travelers. Just off of the 101 at the top of the Camarillo grade, this is a nice stop for those both near and far.

Food is good, nowhere near authentic though. Would much rather go to a mexican market for a burrito. Service is good and the place is clean. If you want chipotle you wont be disappointed.
