This is my second visit to this location. The food is amazing and so good. 5 Star all the way. The problem here is the people, they are rude. There is a tall gentleman with glasses and balding he is horrible, rude, and has no people skills. There is another Ono in Rancho, a Flame Broiler down the street and a similar type place opening up right next door soon. Dont go here till personnel are changed.

I go here for lunch at least a few times per month. Very friendly staff who always greet you when you come in and when you leave. The food is very good and is pretty quick (about 8 minute wait).

Friendly service and reasonable prices. The kalua pork was slightly dry and underseasoned, but the BBQ beef and short ribs were excellent!
