Took 30 min to get my order because the blue eyes pale female cashier told me she "accidentally" put it in the wrong place. BS! If youre Hispanic dont even come to this IN N OUT! I thought the wait time was unusually long but when I saw the girls that pulled up and made their order about 10 minutes after I did, got their order before me, is when I realized they messed up with my order! I still had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make my order! And just with a "Thank you" my problem was fixed (sarcasm) So who cares if my wife, my daughter and myself were really hungry after a hike at Mount Baldy and chose this IN N OUT. Mind as well, shouldve gone to the IN N OUT by my house in Brea which in the contrary give excellent customer service.

In-N-Out burgers are so good, made to order, and great value. To get a high quality burger like the double-double for only $3.70 is great value. What makes In-N-Out burgers so iconic is the plain bun that is nicely toasted, the good quality beef that is slightly salted, fresh iceberg lettuce, fresh vine-ripped tomatoes, salty and unctuous cheese, onions with a bite, and a tangy/sweet sauce that binds the burger together. The Upland location delivers on all of these elements with friendly service. The Upland location has only outdoor seating in a patio area with about 8 tables.

This is an outdoor In-N-Out with two drive-thru lanes (no indoor seating). The food is as excellent as In-N-Out ever makes (which is pretty darn good), but this branch is almost always busy during any meal hour. Turning into the approach to the drive-thru from Foothill can be a little tricky if you dont know what to expect. 4 stars.

Food is always good. And the staff is always friendly. Ive only had one bad experience at this location with an order being incorrect. Otherwise this In-N-Out is on point. The only issue with this location is that theyre always crowded. But I guess that says more about their quality of food than anything else.

In and out is extremely delicious I have nothing at all to say bad about this place the wait in line is extremely long but well worth it because everything is fresh made to order. Ive been eating there every day for the past 3 years and I cant get enough of it

Food is great! However waiting in line 10 to 15 minutes just to order, and then having to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to get your order is too too long! It doesnt take that long to cook a burger and put it together! They need to manage the process better!

This is a great location for drive-thru, and also has outdoor seating available. In-n-Out in general is my favorite fast food place in the west. They have a lot of popular hidden menu items, so its good to talk to locals, if youre new to eating there.

Its In n Out you know what you are getting. Traffic does get bad during certain times and you can find yourself hanging out onto Foothill. But staff moves fast and lines are always moving. Love the old feel of no inside seating, just sitting outside.

Best burgers and fries hands down. I come here often, I havent been disappointed. Sometimes long wait time drive thru and at window, but its In N Out . Hope in the near future they expand this location. It would be nice to have indoor seating.

Had drive-thru at this location. It was busy but there were two drive-thru lanes and the staff were taking orders from the car throughout the line. Pretty standard stuff for In-N-Out. Every went quickly and it tasted great!

In n out is great! This location is not. Food is good but its pretty much a drive thru only. No indoor restaurant. No place to hang out after a game (only a few outdoor tables) Visit another In n Out that has it "all"

Awesome service. They make your food fast and are careful to cook it right. Very happy with the service I receive there. Once they made a mistake with my order. They made my order again and even gave me free coupons.

Food is good but they should really consider putting a sign no trucks on the left lane it was such a tight squeeze I had to go up the curb on my 2017 crew cab truck and ended up still hitting my bumper on their post

In n Out is one of the best if not the best fast food burger chain. Double double with animal style is the way to go personally speaking. The burgers themselves are always made to order and are on point every time.

Really good burgers. I get a number two animal style or i get not bun and get a flying dutchmen. Try getting fries well done to get them nice and crispy! Get extra spread on the side too.

In a huge in n out fanatic, I eat it 3-4 times a week. This one was awful for me. Fries were obviously very old and stale. Burger was eh. Maybe just a bad day for them
