This was one of the worst experiences Ive had in a long while. The people who work at this store are rude, unfriendly and disrespectful. The fries were undercooked and when brought to their attention eyes rolled and I was laughed at. When they brought back the "new" fries to replace the undercooked ones, these were raw and over half of the fries were still frozen. I will never be back to another one of these restaurants ever. Worst first time experience for my family and myself.

This place is great. The food is delicious for a relatively low price. Its all very fresh. The building is clean and the employees are incredibly nice. So kinds of condiments and utensils and whatnot are plentifully supplied at a convenient bar in the center of the restaurant. Theres a childrens play area with towelettes supplied for their hands; its a clean play area, unlike most other restaurants. Great place to eat, definitely recommend it.

The food was excellent, very good and the service was great. Food came really fast and the young lady that Took my order was very friendly. But my 3 piece chicken strips was really like one and a half strip. Very small, little pieces of chicken for over $5.00, I was really disappointed in the size of my order, I felt cheated. Chick-fil-a really needs a value menu or just do better. Make me( the customer) want to come back. Thank you.

I go to this Chick-fil-A out of convenience because, its close to where I live. Everyone is always friendly, but the drive-thru always forgets something. It’s super frustrating, its particularly with their salads. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered a salad and not received a salad dressing that comes with it. I prefer to go to the Rancho location, because I never have an issue with things being forgotten.

I like chick-fil-a but this one just seemed off its game. No salt on the fries. The soup (which I get all the time) also seemed lacking seasoning. Nuggets were fine. Very crowded, even on a week day. Play area was a bit overrun, really too small for the number of kids there. Parking was plentiful. No one came around to the tables like they usually do to ask about refills and trash.

The food is always great here! Service has always been friendly and fast. They keep the whole place very clean, including the kids play area. Their desserts are also amazing. Ive tried several of their shakes and the cookie sundae. A little known secret for all Chick Filas is that your kids can trade in their kids meal toy/book for a free kids ice cream in a cup or cone.

Located in a busy shopping center. However, just as most other Chick-fil-As, this one gets my stamp of approval! Efficient drive through lines and kind workers. Food is great quality. Having personally experienced Americas Southern sweet tea, I must have to say that this establishments sweet tea was slightly off the mark. Nonetheless, a great fast food spot!

Chick-fil-A is a great place to go. This one like all the other ones have extremely friendly staff , is well taken care of and the food is always top quality. Out of all the fast food places I go to this has the best atmosphere if Im alone, or going out to eat fast food with my family. They are not open on Sundays which I really respect.

Great location right near the 210 freeway. Clean and efficient. Drive-thru can be busy at times but the staff keep it moving. Wish there was better access to the store from the street as there is only one in/out entrance and then you have to drive through the plaza. Been here numerous times and never had an order mix-up.

Really disappointing in their service to customers in their drive through, it has gone down in their drive through. They forgot an Item and I called them back and they were going to send me a coupon, well that never appeared. We have stopped eating here. They hand out Sauces and ketchup like it is gold.

Food is good, service not so good, too many kids trying to figure up what to do. I end up with 4 orders of waffle fries that I did not order, overcharged. The manager try convince me that it was Ok, thats how their computer charge. I left it along, they looked very confused.

I would give 5 stars but they are the only ones that serve hard cold cookies and they get my order wrong almost every time I get the deluxe #1 w/pepper jack cheese...they give me a spicy chic w/pepper jack cheese :-/ Other than that I LOVE this place!

Spicy Chicken Deluxe (#4) forever. Very friendly and efficient staff here, always have had great experiences. Lunch time rush makes a long drive through line, so dont park in the last row or itll take you a while to get your car out.

I like this location because there is a kids indoor climbing frame. The food is okay, but a little pricey for what it is. The staff has always been great. They have a box of hand sanitizer wipes which I really like!

Ive always liked the food here. But I was surprised recently by the decreasing quality of the service. "My pleasure" remains the standard "thank you" response, but it somehow feels more canned each time I go back.

Eighn, nothing special. You wait in a long line to have to order a good, but simple, overpriced chicken sandwich. Its the In n Out of chicken- both are way overrated.

It cost us $40 for 2 chicken sandwich meals, 1 4 PC. Chicken strip meal, and 1 12 PC. Chicken nugget meal. The sizes of all of the chucken pieces are lousy.
