The customer service at the Taco Bells in Chino Hills and Chino is absolutely horrible. Nobody should have to wait for 20 minutes or more to get their FAST FOOD. The Chino store said they were short staffed and that was the reason it took so long but the Chino hills store has no excuse. The first time I went it was ,10,:00 at night i was 1 car back from ordering and from that time forwa it literally took me 36 minutes to get my food. I wanted to leave but there was a car in front and behind me so I was stuck. When I finally pull up to the window the ppl orking in there were laughing and goofing around and they even forgot to give me my drink .I had to ask for it. 2 weeks later I go there again. But go inside to get my food. I saw at least six ppl working there I order just 1 $5 buck box and it took them 20 minutes to get it to me. I dont know if the workers are just not trained properly or are just slow and lazy but which ever reason it is. It NEEDS TO IMPROVE IMMEDIATELY or I will continue to give horrible reviews to these taco Bell. I sure hope management is listening

I dont know what the other posters are talking about. I used to live in the brea/fullerton area and used to go to the taco bell by the brea mall, and in downtown fullerton, and the chino hills location is much nicer. Its not run down by people, and they always get our order right. Also, our food is always hot and fresh. I say this is BETTER than other locations.

Had lunch here on a Friday afternoon around 1pm. Drive thru was empty, service was fast and friendly. Food was warm and yummy. Ordered the Cravings Deal and a Cheesy Roll. My little guy and I enjoyed our warm and yummy lunch.

Food is always good here. One of the few places open after midnight on a weeknight. Worth it! Ordering with the new app is amazing! You order & pay with the app, then just pick up your food!

have never had a problem at this taco bell location. the burritos seem like they are more delicious here than other locations. its also in an easy access location

Taco Bell in Irvne is much better. The ground beef is questionable and there have been health problems with this specific taco bell.
