Reserved 3 tables for my daughters graduation party one month before the big day. We deposited $600 for the night and were told we had to order minimum of $2000 of food for the reservation. And the deposit is not refundable. Upon leaving, I asked them to make sure that our tables are reserved. They assured me that it is. One week before the event we got a call that our reservation got cancelled and that they had to give our tables to another party! What kind of business ethics is this! We will never ever go back there again. And dont believe what they told you!!!! They will take your deposit if you cancel but give you no reason or compensation when they do the cancelling. Do go there for any family dinner as you will regret it!!! Very frustrated, unsatisfied ex-ex-customer.

Dim sum is ok, not a lot to choose from, crowded during the weekend so long wait. The baked taro bun smelt like cheese, seems they used cheap pork fat to make the top or something went wrong, but the filling was done very good, I liked it, not too sweet like other restaurants, the mango shrimp was way too oily, more like soaked in oil. They can do better, some the dim sum ladies are rude, not all though, the third star is actually for the fact they either dont use msg or very little, since Im highly sensitive to msg, I feel ok after eating their dim sum.

I called them 3 times to fax me a 10-course dinner menu with price range $300 to $550, so that I can compare the menu with "Saigon Seafood Harbor Restaurant" in Newark. Each time, they told me they will fax it to me immediately. I am not sure why they are so secretive because anyone can just stop by to pick up the menu, but I live in San Leandro and it is kind of a long drive

Ive been here twice for their lunch banquets. They always serve large portions and everything tastes good too. Highlights: -Egg white crab scramble -Abalone shitake mushrooms with bok choy -Lobster -Beef cubes with scallops -Honey walnut prawns The service is good. Someday, Id like to try their dim sums.

Broad selection of dim sum. Very crowded but likely a reflection of the quality of the food. Better than most of the usual fare of dim sum; shows some creativity. Generous portions of insides in the dim sums on offer, if you know what I mean.

We arrived Saturday 4/22/2017 at 11 15 am. we take a number 58 for party of 6. Other party of 6 people told our table with out getting a number. We wait until 12 noon and still no table for us. We decided to eat Japanese lunch.

Just walked out after waiting over 10 min to give are order. No water no drinks nothing. Didnt even know who was are server. Wasnt even busy. Wont come back. Plus not cool when you see large dead fish in the fish tanks.

Dim Sum on the weekends is quite good with reasonable prices. Be prepared for a wait though, even with reservations. Id strongly encourage reservations for parties of 4+ otherwise you might not get seated at all.
