The food was okay. But the worst part of the experience is that the lady at the cashier DEMANDS that you have to pay 15% tip. If you pay any less, she will chase you down and make a huge scene and embarrass you into paying more. I took out my parents to treat them for Christmas and I paid on a 80 dollar bill. They MADE us pay another 8 dollars on top of the tip we already left because my mom didnt want to "lose face"! They are Chinese and they like to shame their fellow Chinese people into paying more. On top of that, The bill was wayyyy over what I calculated, but they were so adamant about the charge, that I just decided to let it go and never to come again. They ruined our Christmas meal. I will NEVER go back EVER.

Me and family went to Saigon on 8/23/14 for dinner. We ran into a very mean waiter name Kevin Z. His attitude was so awful. I pointed at the picture of the dish I wanted to order. He took my menu and told me not to look at the menu. he never brought us the tea. Later we asked for the small dish of pickles which all other tables got. He told me those pickles cost money. I was so mad. I talked to the manager that his attitude was so bad. The manager told me that he is new. We ordered Peking duck. The duck didnt taste good at all. Later when I paid the bill. The cashier added 15% tip on my credit card receipt without our permission. I was extremely upset about the way they treat their customer. Im NOT going there anymore.

Visited weekend of March 29, 2014. The boiled chicken still had feather down stuck to it. When returned the dish, it was argued thats a true "yellow feathered" chicken and all replacements would also be similarly "feathered" dish. Luckily they did not charge for it since we did NOT want a replacement. Was infuriating that they argued with us about it. The chef needs to eat at other restaurants to see how its really served. AND, recent transactions showed erroneous charges TWICE on my charge card for dates I wasnt even in that part of the country.

Quantity over quality, is what I think of this place. By quantity, I meant the size of dishes, not the variety of food. It was a disappointment because the large dining hall reminded me of my favorite dim sum restaurant back in New York. Alas, even though the food portions are big compared to NY, the flavor is only so so. The dishes also feel less crafted, as if the chef simply didnt care.

This place is big and good for big parties. Some of the dishes were not fresh and reheated. But some were pretty good and original chinese seasoning. Most of the item I asked they didnt have it or it was going to take to long. I think if they can be more organized it would be better customer service.

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. Food are oily, portions are too small and over priced. They charged 15% tips for horrible service. If they dont get enough tips, they will chase you all the way to the parking lot.

Came here for dim sum. As usual get there as early as possible to avoid waiting in line. The food was decent. Service was typical Chinese restaurant mediocre. Ample parking in front lot.
