My partner and I love Muchas and have been to a number of their other locations with absolutely no issues. This location, however, seems to be incredibly disorganized, to say the least. The person who took our order had absolutely no idea how the menu was put together, which became obvious when They had me explain to them what items were in a combo meal. The most egregious error, however, was an issue with a dietary restriction. My partner clarified to the person at the counter that he did not want guacamole or cheese on his carne asada plate due to severe allergies to both avocado and dairy products. After having to repeat to the person at the counter the request at least three times, we managed to get the order put in to the kitchen and we thought everything was fine. Unfortunately, as soon as the order was put in, the kitchen staff yelled out of the kitchen asking what the special request was. The person who took our order repeated the no guacamole and no cheese request (after coming to our table again and asking what the request was) . Five minutes later, the kitchen shouted out again asking what the special request was. The person who took our order again shouted back to this, this time in both English and Spanish, that we did not want guacamole or cheese on the order. Finally, our food comes out, we get to the car, and check the order only to find that lo and behold, there was cheese in the order. We tried to go back into the restaurant to request that they replace without the cheese only to find that every single employee avoided eye contact and completely ignored us. Not impressed and will never go back to this location again.

I LOVE this place! If I could, I would probably eat here every day! I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive at first to eat here, because of a bad experience with a different Muchas Gracias location. This location is fairly new and very clean, and the employees are very nice. The only thing that I had an issue with, was that they appeared to be transitioning to a new cash register system and were pretty slow taking orders. I ordered two Chimichangas and a quesadilla, and I kid you not it probably took 15-20 minutes to place the order. My family literally spent less time eating the food, than I did standing in line. But I can forgive that when they make such AMAZING Chimichangas, and I especially love that they have lengua and cabeza as meat choices.

This was some of the WORSE Mexican food Ive ever had, and a HORRENDOUS value for the money! I have eaten Mex food at dozens if not hundreds of other places and never felt the need to comment on one before now. I ordered a choriso burrito and 3 rolled tacos w/guac. I specifically asked if it was mostly choriso, since that is what I wanted, and was told it was. It was 90-95% egg and TINY. The rolled tacos were fair, but had maybe a thimble of watered-down guac on each. DEFINATELY not over $7 worth of food! Anyone who says the food is good here - well, you cant argue taste, but they must not know any better. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.

We found coupons online that had the Muchas Gracias logo along with the address to this particular location. We were interested in trying it and so we brought the coupon (50% off) and ordered. We were told that they are not honoring those coupons because that wasnt what the coupon was supposed to be for. They would allow 15% off but that is all. Its pretty dishonest when we came there specifically to use a coupon and they will not honor it. EVEN NOW, there is a google offer for 50% off your order. Dont bother going, they wont honor it!

This place has been amazing for the last year, up until the last month. It seems that there was a big staffing change recently, and the food shows the difference. Beans are watery and unflavorful, and everything tastes the same. The last three times weve came for the veggie burritos, theyve made us feel sick after eating. Such a disappointment because this is the closest thing weve found to authentic Mexican food here. Time to start searching again.

I have eaten at Muchas Gracias for many years, originally at the now closed Hillsboro location (in the old Wendys). I fell in love with their vege burrito, it was bigger and cheaper than other Mexican eateries while being healthier with fresh salsas, and other local or homemade ingredients. This location is even better. Quicker than Taco Bell. Friendly. Tasty food. Clean restaurant.

Still one of my favorites for mexican food. Large selection from which to choose. Always hot and tasty. I was impressed this time as we were a party of about 12 and there was no problem splitting the lunch bill. The staff is quite accommodating. Have been going there for about 10 years. I only went once to the one in Bethany. Terrible and now they are closed :)

Awesome place and full of employees with integrity ! My GF left her purse there by mistake that had our entire house payment in cash and when we called the next day they informed us it was at the restaurant. We were very pleased to see every dollar was still in the purse and nothing was messed with. GREAT FOOD GREAT PEOPLE.

My favorite Mexican food restaurant in town. The chimichangas are amazing as well as the other food items. My family really enjoys coming here for dinner. The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes and the restaurant is kept clean. The employees have always been very friendly.

The Bacon Breakfast Burrito is my go to. They can be a little dry, so have them add guacamole to round it out. My favorite Horchata is from here and its amazing when hung over. This location is bright and clean. Slightly awkward entrance into the mini mall where is located.

My husband loves the Carne Asada Fries here. It is basically just nachos but with french fries instead of chips. Everything here is made fresh so you will have a wait for your food. You can call ahead if youre in a hurry and it will be waiting when you arrive.

I am in love with their burritos. The are huge and the options are plenty. I especially recommend the chili relleno burrito. Ive been a customer of muchas garcias and their locations in the metro area for the past 20 years and cant say enough about the food.

I love this place, their burritos are a great size and value, full of flavor, nice combination plates, and the food is served very quickly. The churros are to die for and round out a great quick dining experience. The staff is also quite friendly.
