Sadly, this experience left me disappointed. We had to wait for the chicken to be cooked and wa not informed of it. When the meals were presented, not all items were there. It was assumed a chocolate chip cookie would make things all better. Customer service was to lax i. Their duties and the appearance the place was not as clean as I have seen them have in the past. They can do better...they just slumpped this time around.

I love this place. I ate at there last Friday in the morning.The only thing that i dont like, is the customer service, the girl who took my order was talking and talking and laughing a lot with other girl and i had to wait for about 6 minutes and then she asked me for what i wanted. I think they have to be serious . But by the way the food was perfect the chicken was smooth, and i call it juicylicius

There is no KFC anywhere near my hometown anymore. So its a special treat when I can eat here. Ive been at this location three times in the last few months and the food is as amazing as I always remember it. I miss it so much. The disappointing aspect is each time, the staff were lacking. No smiles, no warmth. You can tell they dont want to be there. Makes for a not so pleasant dining experience.

Very friendly employees we ordered their fried chicken lunch box for 5 dollars came with one side we ordered coleslaw and they accidentally gave us mashed potatoes we told them we asked for coleslaw they imeddietly apologize and gave us our coleslaw and said you can keep the Mashed potatoes on us I was very empressed with there service and hospitality

We do not go here often... this last time the obviously not wanting to work girl in the drive through was rude and just stopped replying to us, so we left. We went and had some WONDERFUL fresh made Super Taco elsewhere in town, much better choice. Will probably be our last visit for awhile again.

KFC can certainly benefit with training on cleaning their tables. If one orders from their most recently prepared batch, it certainly enhances the quality and taste.
