The food was tasty, but service was less than good. They didnt show much concern about me eating possibly eating undercooked chicken. We were a party of 8 sitting at a long table that could fit 10. It was 5 tables put together as each table had its own grill and our table. The table I sat at, the end of the group, had a broken light, so the grill was in complete darkness. There wasnt even a place for a bulb, it was seriously just a wire. I could barely see the meats I was trying to cook and I sat there with my phone light pointed to the grill to make sure the chicken was fully cooked. They said I can move one table over, away from my group, so basically eat by myself. It wouldnt have worked anyway because they were using the end table as a place to put other dirty dishes. I had asked if we could move to this set of tables, exactly like ours, before we even ordered. They showed some sort of concern, said theyd ask about it, but never came back and told us anything about it. The other table remained empty during our entire visit.

They call this Palsaik Korean BBQ for 8 kind tastes of pork. Because you can get the 8 different flavors of pork belly with combos. It is really good for famaily. I think the ambiance especially dinner time was not loud that much. I listened Korean BBQ restaurant with Korean music while I was eating but the volume is good to talk to my family. All staff were awesome they always asked me what I need. I felt they were watching counters all the time. They have stake menu too. I ordered it before start to eat the Palsaik Pork. They put onion with little pepper and salt. It was really awesome. I think you should have it. Oh if you bring your bag or some stuff, you can use the chair. You can open the seat, and then you can put your stuff in there. I think it is a good idea. I visited there with my family Friday night. I had to put my name on the name list for 30min. So if you have a plan to go there you better make a reservation.

I came here with my boss, who came from Japan for a business trip. We decided to take him here to show him good food in the area. The service was beyond horrible. Our table would only be checked every 30min, while other tables who were Korean, had drinks refilled and checked on so frequently. We felt very mistreated, and my boss was disappointed. What bothers me more is that the servers have the nerve to get mad at us if we started to cook our own food on the hot plate. Of course we would start cooking on our own. You guys took over 20 minutes just to bring water, and left the food to our selves, with no instructions. I dont know if it was a racial thing, or simply bad service, but we all left mistreated and unhappy. Never coming here again.

The pork belly was not well marinated so was really bland. Could just be the day and that batch, as you had a hint of how nice each of them could be with more time. It was well cooked though, and the service staff were nice and attentive. As someone who isnt keen on spice, the soup (seafood soybean?) was a bit too spicy and would have liked a non-spicy option; that being said, it had a very good flavor. When you finish the soup they cook fried rice in the pan (a neat idea). I did not like the flavor of the fried rice; it clashed with the soup base and tasted a bit off for me. This is definitely one of those places more enjoyable with someone, and its cheaper to order a combo rather than individual servings.

Ive been to many korean bbq restaurants, but this one is my favorite. In the beginning, I was scared to try multiple flavors, because Ive never had those before. However, the servers were really nice and they explained each flavors to me. My favorite one was garlic. Their soup is also very tasty. There were two choices: seafood or kimchi soup, and I chose kimchi. I heard that they sell Bibimbap during lunch, so I will make sure to try that also! Overall, my experience was very good. I recommend this restaurant if you love pork belly.

Palsaik specializes in pork belly. If youre not into pork, dont bother coming (though they have a single beef option as well). The pork is good though the seasoning is a little light. You can taste the flavor theyre trying to give it but often the meat itself needs some salt. Great service (though on a slow night) and lots of food for two in the basic Palsaik Combo. The ambiance is youthful Korean with k-pop playing in the background. No hard alcohol is available but the normal Korean beer/ wine.

This place is flagship of its franchise. Service is fantastic, staffs cook meats for you. Their combo comes with so much of food, the cheapiest option will fulfill 3 people, or 4 for who eat less. They also sell individual pieces of marinated porkbelly, which is a good option. Combo comes with 8 pieces of porkbelly, each is marinate in different suace. My favorite is Dwenjang & Garlic. Recommended!

Solidly good "new trendy" Korean food conveniently located in Torrance. You dont have to trudge all the way to K-Town just to get kimchi cheese rice. They have a nice flight of various marinated meats presented in a beautiful wooden platter. We really loved the soup and grill combo which you dont really find too often in the area.

This BBQ place is really good. Plenty of food and try to come early as especially in lunch time when you can get the bibimbap. I really love that. If you dont like or eat pork then please dont try to come here and give a bad reviews. It can be busy and they forget but the people are very friendly and courteous.

Love getting the basic 8 flavour combo! The servers are really nice and friendly along with the managers! Pretty cheap for the quality, and definitely competes with Baekjeong! (I mean even though Baekjeong is more beef than pork)

Clean and new. Service was good. I ordered their combo deal. Their pork was very fatty and I did not like their pork flavored with ginseng or curry.
