We had not been to a hometown buffet in a while and today my kids and I were looking for a place to ear and my daughter said Hometown Buffet because they bread pudding. We came to home town buffet in Torrance get what they no longer have the bread pudding they are known for. The bread pudding was dry and looked like it had sat there over night. I asked they their bread pudding looked like that and the said that Corporate changed the recipe. They no longer have the vanilla sauce. They only sprinkle powered. I guess this is the last time we will be eating at a hometown buffet.

Valentine Day all restaurants are busy ,our option to go there after shopping at the mall...big mistake people were nice the food is horrible, dirty, server and food handler unkep hair all over their face and the food, trays empty food over cook, no many choices, no much of seafood,,,,chicken , macarroni and cheese some dry salad i call the manager and pinpoint all of this he was nice the place was not busy the place is in bad shape you need new blood.......sorry it was bad

THIS WAS ALWAYS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT, BUT I CAME HERE TODAY AND THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS ON THE PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME THE FOOD QUALITY WAS POOR IT WAS BURNED AND THE NACHO CHEESE WAS THICK AS MASH POTATOS. I TOLD THE MANEGER ABOUT IT AND SHE DIDNT EVEN CARE AND TREAT ME LIKE IF I WAS A CHILD... THE WAITER CLAUDIA WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS HELPFUL AND NICE DOWN TO EARTH... MANEGER NEED SOME TRAINING WITH CUSTERMER SERVICE AND NEED TO PAY ATENTION TO THE FOOD INSED OF THE PHONE

The quality of the food is average buffet food, but the over all value is superb. Lots of variety, and many yummy foods to enjoy. In a day and age where eating out has become very expensive, this is still an affordable family outing. Great place, especially if you have kids. If you are a food snob then this place probably is not for you.

If there is a zero star I wouldve given it to you!!I was embarrassed when I took my new Comer friends to celebrate Christmas day (orthodox Christmas is on January 7th) the quality of food was really poor!!steak is dry and thin..it was all skin and fat!!they left without eating anything!!never come back!!

Horrible Customer service! Took over ten minutes waiting for front cashier attendant to let me pay. Once I got a table not 1 time did a waitress come to my table to ask if Im OK or did I need anything, and I was here 30 to 40 minutes. Im very dissatisfied . will be contacting corporate.

Food is edible when you accompany someone else for an improptude lunch meet up. Stick to salad bar no one is ever there and its nice and clean. No utensils . No bathroom for women. No changing table for kids. Places is dirty. Dirty. DIRTY!

The cashier was polite and our waitress was even better, the food was good , they accepted our discount coupons $3 off our lunch! I ate so much I got full and didnt have room for dessert.
