2 words..stay away. Food not fresh. Better off going to Carls Jr up the street better food same price and fresh... this JIB is a bad location. Was there watched the cook pull precooked patties from a warmer tray. Other locations food is cooked fresh to order. Not here. Everytime I was there cook never put anything on the grill and looks real mean...I bet the type that would spit in the food. No manager ever when I have been there and I am never going back..real ghetto...one time a customer was yelling at a friend in the back for minites and no staff stopped her...real ghetto..other JIBs are real busy but not this one...I wonder why??? Im done with Jack and I was a loyal cutomer at other Jack locations since 1993 but im done. I contacted corporate about thiz pmace and I get a text survey....really? Obviously no one cares so like I say...boycott this location. Not worth your moey or health....

Esta horrible ...los baños sucios papel por todos,lados el lobi totalmente sin aseo y muy mal servicio al cliente una actitud pesima......no lo recomiendo no se porque salubridad lez a puesto A si esta asqueroso las mesas sucias el techo roto y cayendo agua....es pesimo

The food is great at this location & the customer service is great too. I am a regular customer for breakfast, lunch, or dinner thru the drive thru & they have never gotten my order wrong. I am disabled & getting out of my car is not so easy, so the drive thru is a blessing, especially at the end of a long day. My favorite item currently is the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and I could eat the egg rolls all day. The meat lovers breakfast burrito is tempting too.

Horrible service, out of convenience, I drive there since its the closest, but waiting half an hour for the order as simple as the tacos juat doesnt make sense. The, "can you park and well take your order?" line is OLD already. How so these fast drive thru people want a raise when their service and competence sucks, specifically at this location!

Service good but i did come at 730 in the morning on a saturday. Young woman took my order. Very nice and asked if i would like any sauce. I ordered sausage burrito. It came out small and the cheesy sauce in it tasted too much like nacho cheese. Bathroom was not clean and toilet paper not stocked. But overall average experience. Cant complain.

The site was messy, and grungy. There was litter in the parking lot, straw wrappers on the floor, inside. Even the clean tables would benefit from being more thoroughly wiped down.
