To the powers that be: not everyone who is lactose intolerant like sweet-flavored creamer! The place was busy and the mgr came to take my drink order. I ordered coffee and asked for plain non-dairy creamer. I was told my options are half & half or vanilla flavored creamer. When I asked for just non flavored, the mrg offered me half & half again. Uhm, half & half is NOT non-dairy. So he brought the bowl of vanilla flavored, Sweetened international house creamer. I tried one cup, having to use 2 because the coffee isnt that great as it is, and it was awful. For me, any way. So I simply asked for a new cup, which instead of bringing me a new cup, the waitress, did this and that and then went and got my food and came back with a new cup at the same time, a few minutes later. I tried to drink it just black. Nope. So when I finished and went to pay, I mentioned it the waitress checking me out. I got thru what I had to say and she replies, Oh, in sorry, what? Say it Again and she asks if Idime to speak to the mgr. He comes over. I say it Again and reiterate that not all coffee drinkers like sweetener OR vanilla, for that matter. Hes just so surprised because No one ELSE seems to have a problem with it. No one ELSE has ever said anything. Oh, Im sorry, am I supposed to feel guilty for speaking up? Im sorry that I dont like sweetened coffee or vanilla flavored. Worse yet, the two together is the only option I am given, as a lactose intolerant coffee drinker. This is my 2nd trip to an IHOP in a week. And I wont be returning anytime soon, for both today and last weeks visit at another location. As for last weeks, the customer shouldnt have to de-seed the fruit put on your crepes orders. The oranges, altogether, had over 12 seeds in them. Seriously? Used to be a very favorite place to go. Not so much anymore. Especially after dealing with your egocentric mgr at this Torranceication. Wow. Just wow.

Seated me at a dirty table and had to ask for it to be cleaned. Cold pancakes, over cooked eggs, had to ask 3 times for my juice and even had to ask for syrup as there was none on my table like the others. Staff all seemed very unconcerned about pleasing the patrons. Wont be back.

This place was filthy, booths too dirty to sit down...silverware and trash all over the floor...I took a deep breath, imagined what the kitchen could look like and left without even ordering.
