I am not a big believer in this concept. Severs are unaware of whats going on with their customers because they dont have to be. Getting an extra anything or changing a refill choice is a hassle. Everything is an up charge. My daughter had a salmon with pastrami burger and it was almost $14.00 and came without fries or side or anything. Their system trains waitstaff poor habits, not looking at your table or guest as they pass through their sections, asking out "who ordered this", and god help you if you have a spill. The table next to us spill 2 glasses of water and servers and even the manager walked bye. The food runners tried to deliver the food to a whole table standing up because their bench seat was soaked! I guess they figured they were praying? There are lots of people running around but very little individual accountability to the table. I tip better when I experience a server that reads my families needs well and is seamless in their efforts. I can order food on a laptop at home and have it delivered for way less!!!!

I have to say this place was not good. I love to tip when I go to restaurants but why do they expect you to tip them when they dont do anything for you? The girls there are not helpful, and whenever you ask them a question they treat you like you are bothering them. I love the iPad ordering system. The server did a horrible job explaining how to use the system, she rushed through it. Luckily I have an iPad myself and figured it out on my own. Oh yeah they charge you for lettuce. After all the trouble, I got my burger all "medium" even I told them Medium well. I took my over 20 minutes to finally get a girl to tell them hey my burger is wrong. Why do you even need to tip them? This place has a good thing going for them with the iPad ordering its good for Westlake, its just that they need to do some finer tweaking, better service, get rid of all the rude high school girls there. Just go to Habit, it will be better food, and better staff. So what you have an iPad menu.

I went in about a month ago, and was seated immediately. I was with a group of friends and we placed our order quick since we had all been there before, but they still got some of our order wrong. Even with the Ipad as proof, they did not make our food properly. As we were finishing our food, my friend caught a rat running through the restaurant. Some of us turned around and saw it as well. We saw a group of staff go find it, and some of the waitresses even knew we saw it. They passed by our table several times avoiding contact. As we were paying, i asked our waitress for the managers name,; Michelle was the name she told me as she rolled her eyes because i did not want to tell her why i wanted the information. I tried contacting a customer service department, but havent heard anything in a month. I talked to one of the CEOs as well as tried reaching out to the regional manger, but havent gotten a reply. Definitely not going back, and neither are my friends!

Stacked is the talk of the town in Thousand Oaks, but for my money, there are many better places to get a burger. The service relies heavily on using iPads to order. While a great idea (no need to wait for a server to come by to order more drinks!), the iPads fail too often to be reliable. Then, because the waiters and waitresses are only expecting requests to come through the iPad, they dont wind up coming to your table. Burgers are fine - nothing special, really - and while the idea of building your own burger sounds great in theory, many people wind up picking the pre-built burgers from the menu any way. One area that Stacked shines is in their adult milkshakes. These are a draw in it of themselves. In fact, the only time my friends and I go here is late at night after the crowds to share a spiked shake.

The food is great, the prices are decent but the servers... Some spend time on their phones, rolling their eyes at customers and only a few are the sweetest ones. Dont get a rude server and you will enjoy your time at Stacked. I recommend: The chicken tenders/strips are amazing, the salads are pretty good, but huge and not available in a smaller size which defeats the purpose of the salad being the lowest calorie item on the menu... Select chicken tenders while personalizing and you get 4 pieces of 2 of their delish chicken strips/tenders and your salad. The kids pizza is very tasty... The burgers/sandwiches are tasty and the personalized shakes are heaven. Dont pay for sauces and dips by not including them in your order, then ask for them separately after your order comes, you wont be charged.

This place is great. There are lots of options and tons of ways to customize your meal. Using the iPad takes a few minutes to get usee to but once you do its quick and simple. I love that it showed on each item whether it was gluten-free or not. Additionally they had plenty of GF options including a GF bun and fries. Finally using the iPad makes checkout quick, you dont have to wait for the server to bring the check then pick it up and drop it off again you can pay by card and get a receipt emailed. The food was tasty and not pricey I recommend this place

Great food, Great service. We had an awesome waitress who explained not only the food we ordered, but the options and variations we could do. The place is open-air to a beautiful hillside view and its all very clean and well-kept. The food! I had a burger with this layer of crushed parmesan. It was delicious. The fries are definitely chef made, not anything from a frozen bag. We were very pleased and the manager not only stopped by to ask how we were enjoying things, he participated in the service and brought us a to-go box and other things. Thats nice to see.

Made us wait for 25 minutes on a Saturday after noon even though the place was practically empty , we are a family of five with two little kids who were hungry and wanted lunch and were getting cranky , when we followed up after 25 minutes they asked us to wait for 10 more minutes , we followed up after 10 and then were told to wait more , at which point I lost my patience and asked for an explanation to which we were told that the system has crashed ! I dont know about the food but zero marks for service , not going again ...

The waitresses were exceptionally nice and helpful. The pad menu was more than I cared to deal with but it was taken care of for me just fine. They asked for my credit card to start the proceedings which was swiped through the pad and despite the fact that I paid cash when I got home and looked at my bank statement there was a $2 charge! Not happy about that. The food was OK, I had mac and cheese. I wont be going back again.

I love this place! I always appreciate a good built to order Burger/sandwich and they do it well. The ordering system on the iPads are easy to use and even easier to pay on when youre done. Food is tasty, and great beer selection as well! Service can be slow on weekends sometimes, but still better than Cheesecake Factory right next to it.
