Only giving one star because there is no worse. I have loved pizza factory since I was a kid. I ordered from this location before, and there was a hair baked into one of the pepperonis. I complained, and never heard back from the company. I made the mistake tonight to give them another chance. Made an online order for delivery at 930pm (hours listed 10pm) only to get a phone call from an employee saying the delivery driver had gone home already. She asked if we wanted to still get our order for pick up, but we werent sure we wanted to do that. We decided we still wanted our order, and attempted to call back.. no answer. I made a new online order at 940, this time for pick up. Received ANOTHER phone call, this time the girl said that "their ovens had been shut down for awhile" so they couldnt make our order. Are you kidding?!? Obviously they wanted to go home early and turned away business. Horrible customer service.

Ive been eating at pizza factory for over 20 years & this is the worst one. I go here every now & then to see if its gotten any better & it hasnt. Ive been going to this one since the week they opened. (Ive been to 4 others without issue). I went today & the crust was dark & crunchy, it hurt the roof of my mouth to eat it & the center was under cooked. Sometimes it has been even worst, been chewy & even doughy enough to stretch. This is ongoing since the first time Ive gone to this location. 95% of the time its been under cooked & 25% of the time its under cooked & over cooked at the same time.

It was horrible! Payed $48.00 for 2 pizzas that had the quality of something from Little Cesars. Crust nearly burnt and the pizza was extremely dry when I requested extra pizza sauce. When I called to complain they refused a refund and only would remake it if I brought back 75% of it which wouldnt have been a problem but I picked it up on my way to work for me and 5 if my coworkers and they werent understanding of that either. Very disappointed and would not recommend Pizza Factory to anyone.

I went to this pizza factory today Unbelievably amazing delicious crispy pizza they make. The staff is so friendly and nice and what about the salad bar everything is just good in this store and you cant beat the price $7.99 for all of that are you kidding me? just awesome . I am from New York we dont have buffet pizza franchisees in New York.

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. The dough is delicious. The cheese and sauce compliment each other. Whether you order just a pepperoni or load it up with everything you will not be disappointed. Not to mention the bread sticks. My kid can not live without those. They also have a salad bar thats good.

They have a lunch buffet that is great. Its fresh and has bread sticks and brownies. They can sometimes make a pizza you request for the buffet. The salad bar is included and is fresh and has all the toppings.

Really need more specials on weekends. Pizza is good but can be a little on the pricey side. Bathrooms are really kid friendly which is very much appreciated; so they got that going for them, which is nice.
