Pieology make single serving (10"-12") thin crust pizzas with a "Chipotle Style" ordering. You can choose plain, wheat or gluten free crust and then any sauces, cheeses and toppings you want. All the ingredients are very fresh and you can choose as many toppings as many you like for the same price. And theyre fired in a large pizza oven and brought to your table or you can get it to go.

how have i not been to this place! i paid less than 9.00 AND the pizza was soo delicious. its a "customize your own" pizza place. quite a bit of toppings to choose from AND there is an option for gluten free crust, if thats needed. it does take a while for them to bake the pizza in the clay oven, but its well worth the time. i will return.

In general I like pieology, but this location is the worst Ive ever been to. theyre the slowest, and on top of that they dont take phone orders or online orders. Basically, no options to save time during your lunch break. Gluten free is $2 extra and dairy free cheese is another $2. Thats $4 in upcharges + tax = $12 pizza from $7.49

A Sub-Standard Piology Pizzeria. My wife and I have visited several in the past few months, and this one was the worst of the bunch. No Deep Dish Bread ~ no knives, dirty and generally uninviting. We wont be returning to this franchise location.

I love this place! There are so many options and there is a flat rate for how many toppings you can add so its fantastic! The pizza is perfect to share or take half home in their half boxes.

I went on a very crowded Friday night at 7PM. The parking lot is tiny and worried me and my new car but the service was pretty quick and organized.
