This was the first time we tried this restaurant and we wont be returning. I ordered online which was very easy but it wasnt clear I could choose to pick up my order or have it delivered. My order showed delivery. I was okay with delivery since we are not far from the restaurant. I decided to call and find out how long it would be for the delivery. I was told 50 minutes which was unacceptable so I switched the order to pickup and I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Wow, thats pretty fast so I drove straight there 5 minutes at most. I walked in and my Order was waiting. Okay, I thought since it was going to take 50 minutes for delivery. I got home. The portions are good size, enough for two hungery adults. We ordered the teriyaki beef sticks as an appetizer. What we got was six sticks of dry tough beef with no teriyaki on the meat at all. I tried one of the sticks. I would have had better luck chewing on my leather belt. My son tried a piece and choked it back up. For the main course we ordered Kung pow chicken extra spicy, Kung pow beef medium spice and war wonton soup. The chicken literally had no peppers or spice and was very bland. The beef was spicy and was okay but over loaded with vegetables and very few peanuts. The wonton soup was average nothing special. The thing is; I really enjoy good Chinese food but Im okay with a so so meal. Here I was very disappointed in the food taste and quality. I also have never written a review on any restaurant or any thing else for that matter. To be fair we ordered some of the special rice and it wasnt bad. Our total was nearly $60. I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for flavor and a good meal. For slightly more I could have gone to a high end restaurant that had food with flavor and got the order correct.

This restaurant has been here through various iterations for probably over 30 years! In its current incarnation, the menu has expended to more than just the usual American Chinese fares. The taste has also become more authentic if you order the right dishes (hint, no sweet and sour anything or mushu anything). The decor has been updated over time and it is clean and functional. The lack of an authentic Chinese menu (written in Chinese for those seeking non-American Chinese) would be my only complaint but it would not be fair to take a star off since the restaurant must serve its customer base that tend to seek more of the American Chinese food. Still, it certainly would attract additional set of customers though.

I have going to Imperial Garden for several years now and have never had a bad experience. I mostly get the lunch specials which start under $6. My favorite is the cashew chicken, but the other dishes Ive tried have been good as well. Yeah the decor is dated but if your going there on your lunch break does it really matter? Since Im a regular and they know me I get great service, but this has always been the case.

I thought they had very few options for vegetarians and my food tasted like nothing. I asked for some sauce and they brought it but still didnt like it. My husband liked his food but I dont think were going back. I felt like the silverware was dirty and the decor is very eighties... I swear I am not very picky! lol Just didnt like it at all. Service was ok.

My family and I have been coming here for years and each time we are greeted with a nice smile and the same friendly people. The food is awesome, love their chow mein and brown rice. We always get their Egg Drop soup, which is my favorite. All in all this place is great and we will never go to a different Chinese Restaurant again! Love this place!

Imperial gardens food is great! I like their orange chicken and egg foo young. I typically order deliver, but I also sit down inside on occasion. I really like the inside atmosphere myself but, its a little outdated. Doesnt matter though, the food is the staple, also, Great people every time.. love this place.

Ordered House Fried Rice and Paper wrapped chicken. First, the chicken did not taste like chicken unless very stale with strong spices. Uuugggggg. The main dish again clearly old dried chicken with some shrimp thrown in. Horrible dinner no wonder the portion was YUGE

Went with the extended family 12 of us. Ordered 10 different entries all were excellent, fresh and flavorful Chinese food.Service was fast and pleasant, the bill was cheap,with tip around 12$ per person.

Service was incredible slow, appetizers I ordered with the drinks came after soup and were on the cold rather than warm side. The food was good, always is but damn, it take forever. Recommend take out.

The chicken & broccholi is wonderful - nice lite sauce. Avoid the bathroom if possible. Easy parking. Interior is a bit dated. Good service.
