We have been dining here for over 7 years. Things have changed during those 7 years. Some for better and some for worse. First the positives. The excellent Service by the staff here continues to remain the same. Nice folks; hopefully their salaries have increased over the years to keep pace with rising cost of living while they continue to provide excellent service. The Eggplant Parmigiana and salad dressings have gotten better. Now the other part. The Vegetable soup and Minestrone soup have gotten too salty to the point we can hardly taste the actual soup. The Clam Chowder soup has too little clam and mostly potatoes. Most pasta dishes have too much pasta and little veggies. Maybe thats due to the fact that they want us to pay extra for veggies as their new sign says.

Pasta was good, but service was terrible. Ordered two spaghetti dishes for takeout, one with marinara sauce and one with meat sauce. Got two with meat sauce, which is a problem because my girlfriend is vegetarian. We didnt notice until we got home. When we called, we had to go through a lengthy receipt verification process to make sure that we had indeed ordered marinara sauce, and after all that, they refunded only half of the order.

Staff was nice and friendy, but the food on the other hand was the complete opposite. My noodles were still bunched together and awfully stale, and there was way too much sauce. The meatballs was hard and had an off flavour to it. Breadsticks were good and service was quick, however that could be a reason why the food was so awful. Highly suspect the food was just precooked and microwaved.

Food is pretty good, and service is quick. You order at the register, and they bring the food to your table. Not a fancy place -- it feels more like self-serve dining. The people are mostly friendly, but once we had a grouchy employee (or maybe she was having a bad day). My daughter loves it, and so does my wife. Agree they have good bread.

“Good vegetarian and meat choices ” My friend and I ate lunch here this week. This was my first time eating here. The service was mighty fast. I ordered the Sabich and my friend ordered a falafel in a pita. The price was reasonable and I really enjoyed my dish. Its a small outside eating area and the traffic noise is a bit loud.

Their sauces remind me of a something from a can but their breaksticks are to die for. Make sure to get an extra spread..theyll charge you but it is worth it. Also make sure they are fresh, sometimes theyll sell you breadsticks for almost $5 and its been sitting for hours. I stop in just for the breadsticks!!!

We have been here several times, both in the old and new locations. The new location is beautiful, but with a very different feel of the old location. The food, however, is amazing no matter which location. The menu offers a variety of cuts of beef, so everyone should be able to find something they want.

First time dining here, and dont think I would go back. I love alfredo, and have had it at many different restaurants. It compared most to store bought alfredo in a jar. It seemed like it was thickened with gelatin, and it was way to sweet. The meat tortellini were great.

Nice restaurant tucked away in a quiet strip mall. There is no table service; you order at the counter and the staff bring the food out to your table. Food was decent, but average. The lasagna I had was very plain, but good nonetheless. Would come again, just not that often.

Ive been to this place (Sunnyvale location) several times and the only problem I find with it is that you either make a reservation in advance or you wont get a table. Not without waiting anyway. The food is amazing and the service is normally very good too.

Love this place, its not for everyone but I like to order up front and have good food delivered to my table. All you can drink cold drinks and love the bread and cheese. The meat ravioli with meat sauce is my favorite.

A review for a OK food (3 stars) and for service (3 1/2 stars) Our table ordered 4 different items - all lambs. I ordered beriani not knowing what to expect. We also ordered combo appetizers for the table.

Their Fettuccine Alfredo was completely flavorless, but the Spaghetti with meatballs was good, and the cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce was really good. Service was friendly and the price was good.

My second day visit at USA was to this hotel. Tiffins were very tasty. Saw the Owner cleaning the floor. Good snacks Dosa Vada with three different Chutney and Sambar. Heavy rush being a Sunday.

Undoubtly the food is outstanding - and I know thats why you go - however if the Chef refuses to tell you what youre getting, what it costs and keeps pushing alcohol - its just not good enough.

Their tag line should be "Taco Bell of Pasta, but worse". Even the bread was terrible. Not sure what they are using for chicken, but its bad. Couldnt even finish chicken alfredo.

I have been coming here for years, but now they have some kind of serious problems. I am now at home sick as a result of eating here. So is the rest of my family. Do not eat here

Excellent spaghetti with meat sauce. Friends like the baked rigatoni. Bread sticks with the spicy sauce is great. Floor to ceiling glass wall lights up the place brightly.

Bland, indifferent edibles... Garlic bread orange, for reasons I dont understand... No waiting, no waitstaff- cash register is the important thing after all

Salads were great, and huge. Stromboli also was really good, and had to take more than half of it home it was so large. Good sauce, too. Friendly staff.

The prices are cheap but you can taste it in the quality of the food. The employes are not very friendly. I hate the table cloths.
