First of all, I would like to say that I have been visiting this restaurant for years and have never had a bad experience yet! no restaurant is perfect, but this restaurant is close... their food is always delicious and I have tried many many dishes there... the staff has always been super courteous, and efficient. I have never had to wait very long for service. This place can become a little crowded during lunch and dinner time but that is to be expected when the food is as good as Casa a Flores restaurant is.... I am blown away in the fact that the owner Ramone comes to your table to check on how the food quality is and if there is anything else he can get for you... that is awesome customer service!!! I also like the fact that they have specials on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday nights... Way cool. but dont believe me check it out for yourself...this place is one of the best hidden secrets in Stockton. it is located just east of the 99 freeway on Fremont with very easy access and parking is plenteous. thank you Casa Flores for the wonderful dining experience time after time. :) and if youre wondering no they didnt pay me to write this article I just ate there the other day :)

The food has changed a little, perhaps to try to keep the cost down but Im not sure, first the salsa is not nearly as good as it used to be, they are using at the very least more canned sauce in it, I dont think they used to but now they do use canned sauce in it, you can taste the can and the bitterness in it, I know it saves time but sacrifices flavor and quality of the salsa. Then there is the shrimp cocktail that I have bought many times, but now its to much like catsup in it and it used to have a lot of cucumber and avocado in it but now there was none, and less shrimp than before, so you dont get as good a product or value, now I know I seen a change of ownership paper on the wall even though the waitress told me no there was no change, I dont get that. The meat in the enchiladas was way over cooked like just mushy, I hope things get better here because they are not too far from me. Its not like super bad so I gave three stars because the wait staff is friendly and on the ball but the food needs work

We have been going to Casa Flores for years. They turned us away at 8:58 pm because they were closing at 9 pm. Very disappointing. We then stumbled upon Girabaldis on map quest. Some of the best Mexican food we have had. 1.6 miles away. The seafood was excellent, the chili rellano to die for. The Margaritas actually had tequila. Our new Mexican haunt. Dont bother with Casa Flores Girabaldis is much better.

Casa Flores is the best! Prices are excellent and so is the food. And the service! My husband wanted pastor, and they didnt have that, so the server brought a little sample of another kind of pork to the table so he could try it before he ordered it. To me thats exceptional service. Drinks, chips, and salsa are refilled the minute theyre empty. Sitting outside is lovely, you really dont notice 26

Well run fast food chain -- Reasonably priced -- but please dont be a fool by queuing up in your car -- thats just dumb - park and go inside -- if it is too crowded go somewhere else -- I prefer Wendys but these guys do one fine job Friendly, clean and pleasant fast food joint

Slow slow slow slow. Food is fine if you dont mind waiting forever for service. Servers dont act like they care about...their jobs I guess. They are very nice just in no hurry. Am I doing it wrong? Am I supposed to order in the back first? Food gets 4 service gets 3

Bland flavorless food. Obviously served right from the can. You get your food fast, but after that they keep you waiting forever for the check. Tortillas arent very good , heavy lard flavor.
