Lines are normally pretty long, and employees arent that fast. Went again today and I asked for an iced coffee with 2% milk. The lady taking my order didnt write it down. So I asked once more for milk, and she said, "we know." So I walked away. And then when I saw the barista preparing my drink, they filled the coffee to the top without milk...so I asked her to put 2% milk in it. She looked at my frustrated and instead of pouring some coffee out, just poured more milk into an already full drink, which caused it to overflow. Then she let out a loud, very audible and rude sigh. And rolled her eyes as if I was the one being difficult. She then gave me my drink which was now dripping and I had to wipe it down. Very rude customers. I am wondering if its because most student employees went home for the summer, but not a great experience. You will have better luck at the Starbucks on Stanford Ave.

I have only had the double chocolatey chip.. Like 4 times now. Great staff, really polite and helpful. Theres usually a queue so youll need to wait for a couple of mins. And the order takes another couple of mins. Overall its a popular place to grab a drink or to even sit and work on the laptop.

Terrible Starbucks, possibly the worst one I have ever been too. It is dirty, crowded, and I waited 15 minutes for a iced tea that wasnt even filled up all the way by the lazy employees. I recommend the Peets on Stanford campus instead.

They are supposed to open at 6:30am and just told me they wont be opening until 7:30. I wouldnt be as upset if there wasnt an employee there for 10 minutes on his phone not letting me know they they were not going to be opening on time.

Almost always a line. The staff functions as a well oiled machine. If something isnt right, tell them but tell them quickly and succinctly because they have no time to waste. Use the app to order ahead if you can

Came here on Sunday afternoon right after dropped kid to the camp. Line is long, it took at least 20 minutes + from lining up and getting the ice coffee (black). Staff were nice. It was so slow.
