The staff are very amiable and the service is almost always exemplary. Theyre always happy to remake an order or help even the most difficult of customers. I say this from two perspectives. I grew up going to this Starbucks and everyone was always pleasant and it was a wonderful place to spend my elementary - high school years. From my current perspective, I work here and continue to be impressed by my coworkers diligence, motivation and good spirits day in and day out.

There is generally a line, maybe its two people, maybe its 7. The store is well staffed so you never wait long to order. You may have to wait for your drink. Most often its < 5 minutes but sometimes its closer to 10. The staff is wonderful. If anything is wrong the staff will make it right.

neighborhood starbucks where everybody knows your name and the VCs come to buy coffee.....sometimes you hear companies giving VC pitches. Good for a slice of the dizzying life speed in silicon valley.

I like this location, because they always have milk for children too. As my son puts it, yummy yummy in my tummy. But I hate it when customers allow their dogs to sit on the outdoor couches.

Friendly service, incredible selection of coffee (reserves Ive never seen before) and they had the kona pop pineapple teabags which one can apparently find nowhere else in the South Bay.

This is one of 2 Starbucks on my way to work and I find myself heading here most days because the baristas really know their jobs and are always friendly and understand my order.

This may be one of starbucks best. Busy, but usually not too busy. Manager is a real nice guy. Cozy, friendly atmosphere. Lots of venture capital investors meet here :^)
