Nice ambience, even though the dining area is quite open. Cocktails were thematic, tasty, and not overpriced ($10).We started with a small plate: Pear, Brie and prosciutto with arugula. Perfect to share between 2 people, lightly dressed, great sweet/salty/creamy combo. I had chickpea stew and a side of Brussels sprouts - large portions, I took enough home to have for lunch. Stew was spiced warmly and Brussels sprouts were tender, nicely seasoned and perfectly browned with a bit of char. My boyfriend had the lamb and beef burger, comes with fried potatoes. It was very juicy! Potatoes come with an aioli for dipping. $70 before tax and tip. We chose less expensive items on the menu.

Being a semi-vegetarian I am very pleased with the choices on the menu at this charming restaurant. Service is very friendly and efficient. When I asked to taste a specific wine, the server brought another taste of a similar wine when she realized they were out of the requested wine. The food was fantastic, including the house-made desserts. It also is wonderful that this restaurant has their own free parking lot right next to their building--where can you find that in San Francisco?

Went there for Mothers Day...spur of the moment type arrangement...no reservations.....the food was outstanding.....right now Im googling how they cooked their oven/fried? potatoes that came with my lamb/ beef hamburger....it was so good....and it was perfectly seasoned....Peter had hollandaise eggs ...Mom had a chicken sandwich...James had eggs and crab?,,,really good food...something different for South City!

Wow! Fantastic! Clean. Atmosphere on point. Great bar. If you are a wine drinker order a glass of Santo White wine from Greece. If you are staying at hotel anywhere near SFO go to this restaurant for great fresh Mediterranean cuisine. Fairly priced. Has the feeling of a white table cloth establishment w/o the white table cloth.

Cant praise good food enough and this place has some for all tastes, from juicy, finger licking lamb kebab to tantalizing vegetarian entrees. Dont overlook the appetizers and would be a sin to leave without tasting one of their heavenly desserts. Amoura is Mediterranean cuisine at its best , delivered with prompt, attentive service.

Top notch. I was driving around looking for something a little different when I found Amoura. I couldnt be happier. The food was awesome. The service helpful and warm. I would say its a place to eat slowly and talk the night away with a date. Quiet enough for a conversation busy enough that you dont feel the room is listening.

The best falafel ever. My favorites are the carrot and avocado small plate entree and the eggplant flat bread. The food and service are top notch. As I sit here writing this review, Im stealing bites of the potatoes side dish for the lamb burger... yummy for my tummy! My go to place for delicious middle Eastern cuisine.

Maybe the nicest restaurant in all of South City. Their flatbread entrees, kebab and beef+lamb burgers are great. Ive only had lunch here and havent had dinner here yet but they have what looks like a fully stocked bar that could make good cocktails.

The Lamb Kebabs and Lamb Shank are delicious options. Every bite was amazing. Service was a bit slow. We had to ask our waitress for the check several times.
