To start off. There is more employees lounging standing doing nothing than there are customers. After arriving and seating myself no one came around until about 8 minutes after I arrived. They were not professionals at all. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE just UNPROFFESIONAL .Restrooms were filthier than a public beach Restroom. OH and another thing bartenders are not sanitary at all they do not wash their hands and they reuse lemons also waitresses look like they just woke up .All in all this place Sucks save your money and your time and go eat somewhere else .

Service is horrible here. I came when they 1st opened and thought things might have changed but I see they didnt. Waiteress are slow and dingy. I recently went and thought things had changed but to my surprise they havent. It took them almost 40 mins to bring out my salad. Others in my party ordered endless appetizers and waitress never came back to check on them and ask if they wanted to order any more. On top of that they still charged for the $12 appetizer instead of $10 when they only got one order. Not a good place for lunch.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Brenda needs to get fired. We walked in and everything was fine but the person who was supposed to be our waitress ignored us until someone else walked over And took care of our drinks. after placing our food it took them over an hour to bring us anything and the order wasnt complete! my son cried saying he was so hungry after another 10 minutes with no food for my mother and son we walked out. BRENDA was her name she needs to get fired or seriously re-trained.

Really bad service. First of all they took a long time to take our order, the server was really rude, they brought our drinks all wrong and when they finally brought our food it was cold and extremely greasy. But I mean like the food was like soaked in grease. We had like 3 servers come and mess up our drinks. It was our first time here well let me tell you it would be my last even if we are locals I would rather go somewhere else than here again. And last the it was expensive for what we got.

Never ever again will I go eat at this place again!! I got food poisoning from eating there. I ordered a steak, lobster tail and baked potatoe.. A hour later after eating, I started feeling a tremendous stomach pain, cramps, my body got shaky, my whole body felt weak, fever, nauseous and completely felt like I was going to die that night and the following day as well.. I dont understand how someone can get food poisoning from a "Prestigious" restaurant like this one SMH

I stopped coming here cause they would always give me the wrong order or cold food. Gave it another chance, came by again and same crap. I ordered the Jack Chicken and Shrimp. They gave me only chicken. I asked for the correct order and waitress brought me some beat up looking shrimp that probably someone else returned. Then we got the brownie dessert. It was over cooked, super crusty from the outside. No thanks, I will just keep staying away from this place.

My wife and I came to this place not knowing what to expect and surprisingly it was WONDERFUL. Great service, from when you open the door to get in; you see the employees greetting the customers at all times and the wait wasnt too long, even though there was so many people. We loved the food and the service. Doris was always cheerful, enthusiastic and she always came by to see if everything was okay. We loved TGI FRIDAYS. Were defenetely coming back!!!

this location was okay at best. service was good although me ordering the promotional item "endless apps" made it seem like they did not come by enough. waiters/waitresses who would bring out the next appetizer would not pick up the finished plate from before and would leave it to my actual waitress. i dont know if this is the rule, but i always thought that if a customer has an empty plate it should be taken away.

Do NOT recommend this TGI Fridays, management and staff are HORRIBLE. They make obvious mistakes and refuse to fix them. Server "Ana" seems like she had zero training. Manager JOHN LLAMAS, no customer service skills what so ever, dont know how they even operate with him as manager. Very rude and made us really uncomfortable, we just left. Overcharged us by more than $20. Ridiculous!

Me n my friend was enjoying our meal tonight and the police was called cus a waiter hid a bill n money under the table n the manager made it seem like we hid the bill that was there before we got to the table...long story short we were embarrassed 4 cops came the whole restaurant was staring at us....the manager offered to pay for our meal...never again will i eat at this Fridays!!!!

They take forever to sit you and we didnt get asked for drinks until 20 minutes after and it was only two of us. Our food arrived with appetizers 45 minutes after ordering and I had to send my food back twice once because it was cold and secondly because it wasnt cooked correctly horrible never coming here again! The one in long beach is way better!!! The service was horrible

Me & my b/f are frequent costumers at this Tgif and normally we have a pretty good experience but yesterday was a different story, we had PHALON as our waitress and it was the worst custer service ever!!! Long story short...she made us feel like she wanted us In & out. No welcome, No smile & No thanks. I dont think Ill coming back to this location, THANKS A LOT PHALON!

The service was horrible. The waitress did not ask if we wanted refills or if we needed anything. The food was awful. Keep getting our order wrong. Besides the food being cold it was under cook and it took an extra 15 min waiting for it. I ate my steak at the end when the whole table was picked up. Never coming to this Fridays again.

The service is great. There was bugs like a maggot in my girlfriends food. It happens but how it survived the cooking thats a mystery. Manager took care of our bill. He was embarrassed but his kind attitude was great and mistakes happen. We went back again and service is great no bugs in the food.

Melissa just sucks balls. She told us the bar was closed at 1am but the whole time i can get up from my table and order a drink. Thats just ridiculous. She gave us attitude saying they had to deep clean because the boss said and every one was mad. If she doesnt like her job she should quit

This time I was disappointed on the food. It seemed like all of our stakes were the same temperature. For a medium rare steak mine sure was very chewy. The other two people that were there with me felt the same way and we all had different temp on our orders. Maybe it was an off-night.
