This particular Starbucks messes up the Integrity of coffee and expresso usually it takes about maybe 2 minutes to make espresso over here takes about 10-15 minutes and then I ask for in a grande cup they gave it to me in a venti cup more than once and give it to my girlfriend like that All 4 One Time by herself and one time we had to complain and we got a refund and its just been like more than 3 or 4 times that we complain to this particular Starbucks I always get my order wrong and I dont like that you know Ive been getting the same drink for eight years its not hard to make the drink that I like and they always make it either a certain way or they dont put enough syrup in it or you know are not strong because they dont calibrate their espresso machines between 19 and 24 2 Stars not acceptable messes up the Integrity of coffee :-(

This Starbucks sucks. I understand that people in fast food are pressured and I dont like to complain because I dont like spit or snot or worse in my food. I used to come in here every Friday and yes they do take a long time to prepare your drink but I didnt really mind it, until one day I asked for a white chocolate mocha latte and was waiting for it fo nearly 30mins. Then the cashier decides to ask me if I was waiting for something and I reply with yes and my order and they asked me wait another 5 minutes because they had not even made it. I literally shed a tear and demanded my money back because I was waiting there for nothing and got to work late because of this. SMH. Worst Starbucks ever! I now go to the Starbucks on Gage and Slauson, its the hood but they actually know how to make drinks and give you your order on time.

I love Starbucks but this one located on Firestone and Long Beach is by far the worst one I have gone to. I have never had a good experience here!! The service is horrible! I had a barista give me attitude just for asking her for some napkins because the drink was dripping with coffee from the sides and to wait 10 minutes for a drink is just WAY too long. In my opinion the baristas dont do a good job making the coffees either... too strong every single time I go. Id rather drive an extra 5 miles to the next Starbucks closest to me than go here!

Literally was just there, I arrived at 9:13 at the drive thru. The wait was horrible and when I ask for a drink they dont have the ingredients, how are you not going to have the ingridients for something you are promoting. So my sister & I were disappointed after waiting an hour I just got a vanilla bean (for my mother). But the employees were very nice considering there looked to be only two people working, plus I know it isnt their fault they dont have the ingredients.

Advertising 2x1 and cashier said promotion ended yesterday even though was on the board. Ordered two Chai Tea latte, I shouldve order a glass of milk. Tasteless milky flavor. It was like drinking a glass of milk at 2pm when its 80+ degrees outside. NEVER coming here again. drive couple of more miles, youll find a better Starbucks where they actually honor promotions and know how to make your drinks

Worst coffee Ive ever had. I ordered a white mocha frappe and got a water diluted tasting coffee. Like, what happened to the ingredients? I understand that it was packed today due to a promotion but that is no excuse to give out bad coffee! I dont rate and review anything but this place deserved a bad review along with a one star. Never again will I go to this Starbucks!

This Starbucks was a little tricky to find because it was tucked away behind a gas station. Fortunately if you missed the little alleyway entrance you have another chance by turning the corner. This place was packed which is surprising because they have not seating than most Starbucks Ive been to. Their drive through can create some traffic and parking is fairly limited.

This location does not too off at all the Slauson and state Store. They need to have a fast moving paste like Dannys crew has it and besides that they need to have more people. Is so crowded and limited space for parking is a screw up. My car almost got hit since the line goes out to the streets. Crew is very friendly but need more hands

love starbucks but hate this starbucks location i hate how long I have to wait in the drive thru and to tope it off I never get my order right! Worst experience ever they always wonder around waiting on my drink to be ready and even if its not they dont even bother making it themselves theyre always just gossiping!

Although they do take awhile, i love starbucks and this one is a really nice and its quiet setting to do your work in. Its like a small library that smells like caffeine. 3/31/17 im actually here right now and the cashier wanted to make sure he spelled my name correctly i thought it was funny , s/o to him.

Ive been coming to this location for the longest and I always got rude cashiers but this past week I finally got perfect service from a cashier name Leslie and she made my visit an enjoyable time. They should hire more people like her instead of the moody employees that took my order before.

This place is always busy. I dont think I gave ever gotten good service here. It takes forever to get your drinks if you are ordering inside. They do worry about drive thru a lot more. There is not enough parking. They do close late which is good.

You gotta be kidding me 5th time on drive thru all different times and they always took for ever and ever. Order online and it also took forever. Hope they can be faster on drive thru other cause also orders either get cold or melted or not cold

I like Starbucks, but this location is always busy... It took them about 20 minutes to give me my order. More than 10 people got their orders while i waiting patiently... I dont come here every day, and certainly wont be ckming here soon.
