Not sure if it was just a bad day today, but our "pulled pork sandwiches" left a lot to be desired! Plunked down in front of us in a flimsy paper boat-chunks of almost dry pork, very little sauce, and dry roll. We had made the mistake of ordering some ribs for dinner as take out, we were asked what sauce we would like, got home, opened the container, only four very dry ribs (menu said 5-6 I think), two containers of sauce, each filled barely to the halfway mark! If there would have been an extra charge for more sauce, we would have paid it rather than to get home and find there was not enough! Very poor flavor, presentation, and service.

My grandma and grandpa used to take me here all the time and had to get it. I love their ribs. I dont eat anyone else, but Pack Jacks BBQ.
