Normally when my boyfriend and I go theyre very friendly and great. Good food. But this last time I dont know what was wrong. It was mildly busy and the waitress took 20 minutes to get to us after we sat down. Gave us menus forgot to get us drinks. Got our order and then the wait began. We sat for 45 minutes nothing another 20 minutes nothing. My boyfriend goes and says make our order to go. The waitress then tells him oh no its just because of all the orders. When she finally changes to a to go order. It we waited another 30 minutes the people who came in after us. Were served their food us nothing. After the annoyingly slow wait he goes to pay and we still continue to wait for our food finally fed up we leave. I dont know if we will be trying them again. They cant seem to handle their business when it gets busy. Very disappointed!

I have eaten sushi all over the country. Jo Jos is one of the very best. It is the best in Sonoma and Marin counties, respectfully. This place has a great atmosphere and customer service. The quality of the fish and equally important, the rice, is one of the best I have eaten! The rice is fresh and moist. A lot of places have dried out rice and the seaweed is not fresh. Here, you get the freshest rolls and every dish we have have ordered has been excellent. The presentation is well done. Try it....You will love it!

Im not from the area so take that for what its worth. I was recommended to this place by the hotel person so I thought to give it a try. The staff was very nice as they greeted me as soon as I walked in. They brought mentioned me my soup and water very quickly. The food was good and the staff kept checking on me throughout my meal. The dessert at the end, delicious strawberries with honey, were awesome!! Very nice touch.

As far a sushi restaurants go, just OK. I come here from time to time cause its local and has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, and the food does seem to be fresh, but its sweet!?!, what is that about? I dont know if they use a super sweet rice, or if they add sugar to it, but Id like it a lot more if the sweetness were toned down a little. Actually, if the meal was less sweet tasting Id probably give it 4 stars.

Been to Jojos so many times, I love it! There options of Sushi is a very good amount! I even brought my boy friend who never had Sushi be for and the were so helpful on pointing out what Sushi to try if its youre first time! Also there small little restaurant can be very intimate, but also a little cramped. Jojos is my go to Japanese restaurant.

Three lovely and humble Asian women are running this gem. The service was perfect and so was the sushi. I could watch on the big mirrored wall how the sushi chef carefully cradled each roll and with full concentration dribbled just the right amount of sauce onto each roll. My family and I look forward to our next visit.

Ok, so its a Japanese Restaurant with a mexican cook, a mexican waiter, and 2 white dudes making the sushi. The meal, was horrible, It has no taste what so ever, Ive eaten better off a taco truck..... to top it off I payed $60 for our meals. I will never go there again, and I would never recommend to anyone else.

Freshest fish and the nicest service what more could you want? My girl friends and I love to come here and just stay for awhile eating and ordering more and more, its small enough to feel cozy but not too small to feel cramped. The perfect place for a casual lunch or dinner with great food!

Really rude chef. I sat at the bar and he acted as if hes doing me a favor serving me. Prices are hi for as small as their nigiri sushi is. Not coming back. They actually told me I need to stop order as theyre changing shifts. Unprofessional

Very friendly staff. The Sir Paul Roll is my go to, but everything here is A1. Fresh fish and a very relaxed atmosphere, you never feel rushed to leave. Very inviting and clearly care about the customers. Never left here unsatisfied, ever.

The food is good and the service is good. Not the best sushi in Santa Rosa, but it has a nice atmosphere. Good for dates. A little pricey, though.

The sushi chefs are very good and ingredients are fresh. Service is good but we had an issue with interpretation of a coupon we had.
