Chili burgers are disgusting (looks like someone crapped on the hamburger) and Tommy is an idiot. Found the service to be xenophobic, ignorant, discriminating, disgustingly arrogant, bigoted and un-American. As if theyre offended by a basic cheese hamburger. Nothing special at all about the quality. Very skinny patties. They give you death looks if you refuse their chili burgers. She tossed the thing in the trash when I said, whats this? Must be a sadistic CEO behind this cult.

If you like everything smothered in chili then this is the place for you. I personally dont understand the hype, but hey, its open 24 hours a day. I do appreciate how they are constantly wiping down the tables and they even have a little security man standing outside. The big downside for me is all the stupid kids that come late night. And every once in awhile, they throw stink bombs in the parking lot so you want to barf after you eat. Or not eat after you experience that

If you live in LA, theres no doubt you know about Tommys. This place is delicious although I wouldnt recommend eating it all the time. The chili is absolutely delicious and they put it on all of their items. This location is pretty good, and have had no issues with service. My personal favorite is the chili cheese dog. Pro tip: If you are not a fan of soggy fries, ask for your chili on the side so you can just dip them in the delicious chili!

I have been coming to this location for many many years. Very solid chili-burger and chili-dogs. Drive though is always good, could sometimes be a long line, but service is always quick. In terms of the food, it aTommys burger. The chili overpowers everything else but that is what makes it a Tommys burger! I would say if you want something different in taste other than McDonalds, Carls Jr., or Burger King than stop by here....

I grew up coming here. Loved it and still love this place. I know what Im getting every time I order a #1. This time around, I went with the quarter pounder and chili fries. I was starving. Mistake on my part, I paid over $13. The burger was good, but filled up and didnt even finish my fries. Next time, Ill get my #1 regular with regular fries with drink and pay around $9.

Fantastic chili as always. There was a crazy guy yelling at himself the last time I was there though. . . every few minutes he would stop yelling and look in my direction. . . . even though its 24 hours you really only want to go during the day to avoid the crazies. Sometimes there will be homeless people sleeping in the booths next to their meals.

The quintessence of LA burger joints. It really doesnt get too much better (and greasier) than Tommys. The combination of mustard and chili on a griddled burger is wonderful, and the buns are perfectly warm and steamed through. Its the only reason I regret not living in Southern California.

The chili cheeseburgers with everything is one of the best burgers around. The chili tamales and chili cheese fries are very good. I tried the chili cheese hot dog and I did not like it that much. They do not have fountain machines, but they give you free refill drinks over the counter.

This used to be my place of choice for burgers when I was a teen and in my early twenties. Sadly not any more. For several years that have been making the chili way too oily and salty. I suppose their changed their recipe. Sorry but now I avoid it like the plaque.

Tommys...great & long institution in Los Angeles. Great location with plenty of parking here at North Hills. The food & service are consistent throughout all Tommys. Corina who helped, has a great & friendly personality who is an asset to this Tommys.

Fries were cold and raw in the middle. Cashier did not read back my order! She did not understand "tomatoes on the side" this job is not for her!! Kept laughing, 8 people kept trying to use the employees restroom as it is not clearly marked.

My buns were burnt, fries werent fresh, they didnt fill up my drink to the top, they barely gave me any banana peppers, and the restroom was locked. The employees ignored me when I asked questions. I love Tommys but dislike this location.

I only been here at the Drive-thru, never been inside. I was quickly dispatch no longer than 8-10 minutes Wich is good in this area especially around 4-5 oclock. Food was good actually it was less sloppier than the one in Burbank.

Not what I remembered! Last time I went to an original Tommys was in 1988!! The chili has changed and is very bland. I also did not like the fries! Regardless, the experience of going there again was worthwhile.

Tasty but greasy food. Open 24hrs but binge eating at nighttime is not recommended.... Youll regret it the next morning lol But relatively good food in comparison to the other 24hr diners/taco trucks in LA.

Ate there last night 3 hours later diarrhea. Had not eaten anything 12 hours prior. I was starving had the chili cheese burger and Chilli cheese fries and bowl of chilli. I never eat there again

I got the 1/4 lb burger with everything on it. Was awesome. Truckers can park on a street close by at the exit of the brewer, so get some good food fellow truckers when you get the chance.

It can get a little pricey considering all the upgrades you can get on your combos, however it is all worth it when you have that delicious Tommys Chili all over your face! Lol.

Tommys is a once-a-year type of experience for me, it can be a little intense on the gut, but the flavor is a nostalgia from my childhood that I enjoy every once in awhile.
