The only reason I write this review is the poor hygiene condition I found in the restaurant. Close to finishing my noodle lunch, I picked up a spoon intending to taste the soup. The first one contains a vegetable leave the size of my nail, upon recognizing that, I picked a second one. Unfortunately it is simply not my lucky day, I found another piece of vegetable on the 2nd spoon I picked up. Apparently those guys didnt bother to wash the spoons at all, otherwise they wont miss vegetable leaves that big. I stopped there. The owner didnt show any emotion when I showed him the two unwashed spoons, neither did the waiter when I walked out after paying my bills. The service is far from welcome, not to mention the hygiene. I would never visit this restaurant again, I would strongly suggest against people coming also, if they mind their health.

Cheap, quick noodles. Food: Pho with Rare beef with brisket or flank - the beef cooks itself completely in a few minutes in the hot soup. The meats are thinly sliced and tender. The soup is light and clear with salt and some beef flavor. The noodles are cooked well, not over done. The regular bowl is quite large and filling, which is nice for the $8. Toppings by default include onion, scallion and cilantro. They also give you a plate on the side with bean sprouts, Thai basil and lemon (I think its probably supposed to be lime but theyre getting pretty expensive). Ambiance: - its a large place with a lot of seats - very casual place thats common to take out places, so you wont miss much if you carry out - tables have all the utensils youd need, and condiments - siracha, hoison and chili paste.

Yesterday my husband and I went to eat soup at this restaurant. We ordered combination rice noddle soup with shrimp, crab, chicken, meat ball, pork patty. I asked him if the meat ball was beef? It was, so I asked him if we could get it without the meatballs as I cant eat beef. He said OK. 5 minutes later he brought a bowl of soup with meat balls. I told him I ordered soup without meat balls. He said give the meat balls to your husband and you eat the soup. I kept telling him, no I cant eat beef. He was mad, and we had to order another dish. I will never go back to this place again.

I always go here when Im feeling a little under the weather! The pho is definitely worth the price The only bummer is that they charge extra for to go boxes I typically go for the house pho which is a mix of all the meats or for the chicken if Im sick Ive been going here for the last 9 years and they havent failed my taste buds. I have yet to try the oxtail but i hear its amazing!

Always get quick service and friendly attitude from servers when I go there. During busy lunch times the owner runs the cash register to free up the servers& he always has been friendly to me also. Dinner time is easy to get in and out in a hurry ... My fave food....funny that the sign out front says "Jackie Chan.." in Taiwanese / Mandarin dialect (according to my Taiwanese friend)

Didnt like it. They have very large bowls that no one can finish and then charge for it to go. Boba was way to silmmy and under cooked. The soup comes with onions and cilantro on it, which they dont state or even ask you if you want any (cilantro taste like soap to me) it ruined the whole thing. Everyone was very very rude. Looking for good vitenmesse food? Not here.

Weve had a PadThai and a noodle soup. It was horrible. PadThai was too fat, sauce tasted ready-made. The vegetables in the soup were burnt and the broth tasted like compost. Prices are the average pho shop prices. Service was okay. But I suggest they should put there dirty gloves off before serving a meal.

My family n I have been coming to this restaurant for years. They are always very friendly, service is ALWAYS FAST!! The food selection is awesome. We moved out of the bay area for a couple years but always stopped in there to grab a bite to eat when we were in town. We love this place.

Just been there last week. We ordered Beef Pho. The meat was old and smelt bad. Started off with horrible food. The Basil leaves were spoilt. The waiters were rude. The cashiers behavior was more than bad. Will never go there again. There are plenty of good Pho restaurants out there.

Whenever Im having a late evening craving for pho this place is always my go to place! The staff has always been warm and welcoming to me. Definitely a place to hit up if youre in need of some pho, but their non pho/vietnamese specific dishes can be avoided almost entirely.

I really enjoy this place! Ive been here 6 times so far, and Ive only had good experiences. It reminds me of my friends parents restaurant. When you are friendly with the employees and staff, they are friendly back. The food and coffee is really good, give it a chance.

Its your standard pho place. The service is OK but the food is good and the portions are big. They dont serve jalapeños with the pho but when we asked for it on the side, you could tell they were thawed out and not fresh at all. Will go back for cheap lunch.

Showed up for lunch to combat flu-like symptoms with Mi Ga to go. It was pretty good. Healthy portions and very tender chicken... The decor is nothing to brag about, but it looked clean enough. The lunch crowd filled all the tables.

This place has gone down the hill throughout the years in terms of cleanliness. A few flies were flying over us when we were eating. I will definitely not come back anymore unless they renovate and clean up

Day service seems to be better than night. Food tastes good but the whole place has a very greasy/grimy feel to it. Convenient to my house so I usually stop in for a quick to go order.

Chicken with rice noodle soup is just the thing to cure a cold or warm the soul. The prices are fair and the food comes quickly, very good for working lunch.

Price for pho here used to be $8 which was great, but now at $11 you can go anywhere else for same or better quality.

Not so well decorated but the food is really good. However, it takes a while from ordering for the food to be served.
