Where to begin? We grabbed drinks prior to dinner, and my girlfriends wine glass had someone elses lipstick stain on it. Then, when our friends arrived, they ordered drinks, but you were out of one of the wines my friend saw on the menu. Then, another friend asked about the soup of the day, and the server recommended the fish soup. You were out of that, too. Then she asked about chicken Provencal, and after a lengthy description about how it was the waiters favorite, he said you were out of that as well. When it came time for the bill, the Axxess card was not applied although the server promised it would be. And to top it off, he charged the entire bill to our friends card when we explicitly asked for it to be split down the middle. Not once did a manager come by and apologize or try to remedy any of the numerous issues we encountered. The whole experience was a joke. Its a nicely decorated restaurant, but thats about the best I can say for Chase Bar & Grill.

Went to Chase for the second time. It was even better than the first. I couldnt recommend it any higher. This place is amazing especially if you want great food and a romantic atmosphere. I will be back many times. Excellent in every way. My wife was thrilled. Went to Chase after being referred by the hotel valet. He said it was authentic New York Italian and I couldnt agree more. The drinks were great, the food was amazing and reasonably priced, the service was top notch and the atmosphere was so warm and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

The worst Solstice service ever! Waited for at least 10 minutes before a bartender paid any attention to me and my friend. I gave him our drink order, he said "just a minute" and turned and served some friends he knew. We went to Palazzio which was happy to serve us. This is the second bad experience I have had with this place. There are too many other good restaurants to town to mess with it. Your bartenders should take a lesson from the bartenders at Joes and Dargans!!!!!

Went to Chase Bar & Grill for our 2 year anniversary. It is a very romantic spot with cozy booths and twinkly lights above. The service from the staff was absolutely amazing especially our server, Edgar. He was friendly and attentive and made great recommendations when we were torn on what to order. The food was incredible! We enjoyed every course, especially the Cannoli which are our of this world! Would definitely recommend Chase and will be returning soon.

This is "our place" for my wife and I, and we love the food and the atmosphere. The food is rich (but isnt that a good thing for Italian food?), and the Alfredo in particular is fantastic. Highly recommend, and the staff has always been wonderful. Weve never had a bad time here, food and service are both great!

There was a very long wait for food and drink orders. The drinks seemed to take an overly extensive amount of time. I am unsure if it was because they were under staffed or if we were forgotten since we sat in the patio. I appreciated our server for apologizing but nonetheless I was disappointed.

Dont eat here when second string is serving... Day after Christmas, one disconnected inattentive server in her 50s didnt know the menu (or give us and another few tables menus) and neglected the entire room simultaneously somehow. The server did a far better job of paying attention...

Sat night no wait to sit at the bar. Some outdoor seats open but mostly full. Great music, excellent Malbec from the glass listie and college football on the tv. (Great start.) The snapper soup was perfect and caesar had an abundance of garlic. Totes perfs!

Went for a late lunch. They started us right away but they then ignored us. Wait 15 minutes and they saw us waiting but never took our drink order our even said they would be with us soon. Place looked cute; too bad there was no service.
