Ive been to this Jack in the box 3 or 4 times. Last time I went was Monday the 21th in the morning. I have never had a rude person at this place. When I was trying to order I was explaining the lady "SOFI" what kind of burger I wanted, but I didnt know the name. She answered back really rude. Wanted me to tell her what was the name of the burger but I didnt know. I went to the window to explain in detail to her, so she could understand better, but when I got to the window, while I started talking to her she TOTALLY ignored me and started to take someone elses order. I literary waited about 5-10 min so she could take my order. I got really frustrated and I left without my burger. On Monday I got the worse costumer service with the lady Sofi.. Never going back to this place, even though the other people are really nice. Having this kind of people at this place is not good at all. I was really disappointed.

This is perhaps the most unusual JitB Ive ever visited, and Im a fan of this fast food chain. It is staffed and run, seemingly by a family, and extended friends/family, and attracts the same and more. Ive eaten in the small, Spartan like, yet comfortable dining room, and visited the clean secure mens restroom, and found both to my liking. The beverages for customers electing to eat in, are acquired at a self service device in the dining room. The to go window as well, has never gotten my order wrong in the over 25 years I have occasionally, namby pamby, stopped by. The best kicker for me; theyre open 24/7/365...yep, every day and night of the year(s)!

OMG this place is terrible. I pulled in this AM and ordered a breakfast sausage burrito. First I was the 3rd vehicle in line abd it seemed to take at least 20 minutes to get to the speaker to order. And then another 15 minutes after that. The food was DRY, tepid and absolutelky something I would NOT feed to my neighbors dog. 2 bites and I threw it away. I couldnt eat that disgusting mess. Im never going back here again. In fact, Im finished with Jack In The Box, period.

Terrible place bad service overcrowded. They tell you its regular coffe but its decaf and they just dumped a hanful of creamers and sugars in my hand instead of nicely putting it in a bag or actually making me what I ordered. I didnt know odering from there intelled me working for my order what a horrid place Ill never return and Im calling corporate

Super slow. Fast food ? No, you could have gone to a dine in and the food couldve come out first. Service is horrible. They had 1 person taking drive thru and orders in the front. When it was time to pay, I waited 5 minutes to give them my credit card because he was busy taking order and ringing other people up. Unorganized never coming here again.

This is the best Jack in the Box Ive been to and I go regularly because I work close by. Im reviewing the drive-thru crew. They are always so attentive and sooo nice! I recommend it.

Wow!!!! Slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. At 8PM it took with 3 cars in line 30 minutes to get food for 2 people. Horribly slow.
