Extremely rude service, mediocre food. I honestly dont know how Subway allows this store to operate. The owners have tried to rip me off every time Ive tried to use a coupon. This time in particular, I brought in a coupon on the phone for Buy One Sub with a Fountain Drink, Get One Free. No where in the title or fine print says it can be used for a six inch only. So my friend and I both get the exact same sub, and I get a fountain drink, thinking that the total price would be for one sub and one fountain drink. Then, she hands me the receipt after staying quiet and running my card and says, "Coupon is only for six inch subs", and wouldnt hand me the other sub. So I look on the receipt: she charged my footlong sub as two six inch subs with a fountain drink. Total was $8.25. Then my friend had to pay full price for his sub. In essence, she completely ripped us off and stayed adamant that it was for six inches only, even after I told her I was calling corporate to ask about it. This isnt just bad customer service, it is illegal--she charged me for something I didnt buy. STAY AWAY, it is not worth it.

Preface: I havent visited this location in over 6 months, so my review may not reflect the current situation. Also, if you follow the 3-second rule or dont wash your hands before eating, please ignore my review and enjoy your meal. In my experience, this is another Subway where sanitation seems to be a guideline rather than a rule. To anyone who thinks a quick hand-wash between sweeping and sandwich-making should be a no-brainer, I recommend avoiding this place.

It seems like they never went through basic sanitation training. Touching the mop, money, broom, cleaning rags and then grabbing a loaf of bread without washing their hands, what the ....
