As with many in-n-out restaurants, the people working here are outstanding. I actually took my dog on a walk to this place, and they were so, so nice to both of us! I didnt want to leave my dog outside, alone, and they took the time to bring me my lunch outside. They were even sweet enough to cook my dog two meat patties, asking me about every last ingredient they should/shouldnt use, and gave me ice water for him. The woman who brought my food outside even asked if he would like a refill, and was thoughtful enough to ask if maybe I would like her to put it in a fry tray, so it was easier to drink. I should also note that the locals here were exceptionally nice, and a group of older kids asked if they could pet my dog, and then spoiled him silly with a ton of love. He has now beaten me to Instagram, as one of the girls took a pic of him and declared him the cutest ever. Its so amazing when you find yourself at a fast food joint, and both you and your pet are having the best time, simply interacting with the other customers and the staff, while you take part in the busy lunch rush. Highly recommended.

Im not a fast food eater, but this is an exception. Why I went: I needed something quick and I was craving fries Price: a little more than your typical McDonalds Parking: has a drive-thru and small parking lot, but I always manage to find a spot Will I go again: yes! **Did you know?? This is NOT a franchise and nor will they ever be. There food is made FRESH that SAME DAY -- You can tell the difference. Trust me. And they are family owned.

Awesome In-N-Out location that opens late and has a drive thru. The burgers here are on point--the buns are nicely toasted and the meat is juicy. The locations is also great with plenty of space to enjoy your meal. Drive thru can get a little long, but moves fairly quickly. Also, it says that its closed at 1:30 on Friday and Saturday, but you can stick around til 2 to finish your meal. Definitely my go-to spot for a good burger in the area.

These are the best burgers for the price Ive come across so far. If youre into delicious but simple burgers then I would definitely recommend here. The service inside and at the drive thru here is friendly and helpful. As another reviewer points out, they are not a franchise. Their business makes for interesting reading, and the difference between them and other fast food places is definitely noticeable in the taste.

Yummy burgers, lots of serving options, consistently good. I like the bunless "protein style" option, and how they can bake cheese onto the fries. It has good outside seating that stays shady all day. This particular in-n-out is a little tricky to reach by car. Its at the end of a row of three businesses, and near a freeway entrance, so you have to reach it the right way. Enter at the light by the gas station.

Great burgers made from beef that has never been frozen. Toppings are added according to customer request. Delicious huge servings of fresh fries. So good, but definitely not low fat. Always crowded, but outdoor order takers move the line through fast. Must try at least once, and you may become a fan like us. Ask for "animal style", for an off-the-menu treat, special sauce and extra onions.

Amazing! Only on here to rave about the staff! Never had In n Out before and would if they were all like this. From people at the till to the staff handing orders! They were friendly, upbeat and even watching the kitchen staff joke and work was amazing. Put me in a great mood. They were all super nice and genuine and I would go back in a heartbeat just to have that kind of service again.

Came here at 0100 in the morning when they close at 0130 and the line was wrapped all the way around the parking lot. Went inside and it was packed but the service is quick. I havent had In-N-Out since I was 7 years old and it was alright. I think fries make the meal the burger was good but the fries need work. Other than that good day good restaurant with a good franchise.

The closest In-n-Out burger near UC Berkeley. However, the trip is definitely worth it, just like any in-n-out. The service is great and fast. They never got my order wrong. I always go for the 4 x 4 animal style with extra toasted buns. Definitely also a great late night snack, but come before they close at around 1:30/12:30am (check the times).

In-N-Out Burger offers a limited menu, beef burgers, fries, shakes at down to earth prices. Workers all seemed to have a very positive, friendly attitude. Ordered a double double protein style, lettuce wrap instead of a bun. Fries tasted like from frozen not fresh, not very good.

Good food and near Safeway so its easy to grab something before running errands. after all, shopping hungry is dangerous. The wait is usually pretty bad but they do have employees with iPads to take your order further back in line so its always ready by the time you get to the front

Excellent fast food at decent prices. They need to train their newbies better=my cashier accidentally deleted my long, custom order. But when my fries werent well done enough, they made a new, larger batch, perfectly, and brought them out to me=nice service with a smile also!!

Despite being in one of the most visible spots in Alameda, the lines arent that much worse than a typical In-N-Out. As for the food, its the same consistent taste with friendly staff. Also, NBA Star Steph Curry apparently visits this In-N-Out.

There was a line about 10 cars deep when we got there. Apparently, the norm but the wait was maybe 5 minutes in total from the time we ordered to when we left. Food, not my place but wanted to try it since Im not from California.

Great location on Alameda island next to the New Mall, free parking, and its not far from downtown Oakland and the Bay Bridge. Alameda buss stops near by to take you to Oakland, San Francisco, or BART stations.

Ive been visiting In-N-Out for nearly 25 years, and this is one of my favorite locations. Avoid the zoo that is the Hegenberger location, and come to this one. You may even run into Drake or Steph Curry...

Its In-N-Out, but closer to my home! Its nice to see people enjoying the classic burger and fries here, and the weather is generally nice enough to sit outside. Milkshakes are also great for a hot day too.

The service could not be slower & the burgers are basic. Mine was dry. I had high hopes but Ill never go back because In N Out was not my experience. It took 13 minutes after a 5 minute wait online

Hot, fresh fast food that is reasonably priced and served by friendly staff is getting harder to find. This In N Out has all of that and you can even order an unseasoned meat patty for your doggy!

Service was a little slow, even though it wasnt very busy. Food was as good as expected. Staff wasnt quite as friendly as I am used to, but I might just be spoiled in my In-N-Out experiences.
