Concerned .... When purchased my food I was asked for ID with my card purchase, I dont mind showing my ID, however as I watched the same employee ring up about 10 other customers after me, he did not ask a single one for their ID. In addition to this racially biased behavior, they were very, very slow. I waited 25 minutes for my food. The sandwiches were alright, not bad, not great. But I wont go back just based on principle.

After 30 minutes of watching three employees failing to deliver orders on the carousel I asked for a refund and left. A bag with my name went past twice, and the toaster conveyor was so backed up the employee was stacking hot food on any handy space. Total disaster. No attempt to get me back as a customer. They had to ask each other how to make a refund.

I usually love coming here and ordering here but today turned me off! My pb&j bread was stale and the peanut butter looked weird and they just threw a whole chunk of jelly in the middle of the bread and didnt bother to spread it. I mean how hard is it to male a pb&j. Especially if your giving them out for charity its not a good way to show you care.

The guy making my sandwich was not only texting but eating off of the food containers! Waited forever for my sandwich! It was good (which is the only reason I gave it an extra star) but so not worth how unprofessional they were. Will not go here again unless Im starving and there is nothing else.

Came in today to try a sandwich. Not super impressed. The sandwiches are mediocre and the service is extremely slow. In addition they have very limited seating, just one four person table in the entire seating area. Wont be going again.

This is my most favorite sandwich shop in San Jose. The owners are super friendly and have an elaborate menu of delicious sandwiches. Call ahead if you know what you want. During lunch hours, the line can get pretty long.

Shrimp sandwich waz really good, kinda like a Vietnamese sandwich, but better. They have a specialty sandwich each week. But if you go must try their oreo chocolate shake. Really good. Pricey tho!

Really good new sandwich spot by the airport, great prices and good quality. They dont skimp on the toppings and your choice of multiple cheeses makes this place a winner. Def. be back again!

Made kids food last, "juice"is sparkling juice switch. Chocolate milk is made to order. Had a good "wicked" sandwich. Apples are not so good. No kids dessert thing. Bathroom was clean.
