Compared to the other Chipotle restaurants Ive been to, I find this place to either have good burritos (or burrito bowls), and not so good ones. Maybe it was due to the time I arrived last time (evening around 8:30), yet I found the rice to be clumpy and cold, the guacamole to lack that sweet and creamy taste (it tasted more pulverized than usual) and just the whole burrito bowl itself was very dull since a lot of the stuff I added probably was left on the counter for a while. My stomach started making bubbling noises right after I was done eating. The service is tolerable to decent.

Chipotle is working hard to improve its image after getting in the news for repeated food contamination incidents, but finding bits of plastic in a burrito really fails to build customer confidence in their training and management. Maybe it was just an isolated incidence, but there is ultimately no reason to eat at Chipotle when there are so many better California burritos around the Bay Area. Visit a local spot instead!

Food is good, and customer service is usually good. Beside this time when I ordered online for pickup for 6:45pm, came in to pick up at 7pm and the order was not ready. Had to wait another 20mins after I had to remind them again to make my order, since they were busy with other customers. And then they realize, that I was waiting. However, they ended not charging me for the order.

Ill live so close but I wont ever go to this chipotle again. They are the only store that wont let me get extra cilantro on my burrito bowl. Its happened twice in a row. We should be able to personalize our meal. Its not that big a deal. Personally, this is what makes or breaks my dinner. If i cant have it the way I like why even go here. Waste of money. I should have walked out.

Was the first customer through the door! Was anticipating a nice hot burrito but was foiled, so to speak. Beans were under cooked and cool- luke warm, rice was grainy and cold, chicken was dry, flavorless, and above all COLD! I have never had a worse burrito, that includes microwave. I spoke to the manager and she offered me two free burritos... Id rather pies glass.

We Tried Chipotle other location in Fremont, and we finally concluded Fremont Chipotle is by Far the worst Chipotle location out of all locations i tried in the nation, as a new exploration we as family of 5 went to this location. This location on a Weekend has very Big Line, Plan to arrive 30 min before you feel Hungry. Quality is Okay Not phenomenal or Wow

The food is great, the service is OK. The counter where they prepare the food isnt very clean. The servers are hard to hear, they dont look happy, they talk very little when you are at the counter. I come here for the food. I really enjoy Chipotle but I do think that this location might need a makeover.

First off.. my tortilla was so rubbery that it felt like I was eating what Id envision the consistency of a condom to be. Second.. the steak was far over seasoned. Third, charge another 3.50 on top of the 8.50 for a quesoritto is absolutely rediculous.
