I have been a returning customer for multiple of years and every other time I have been a customer I have felt buyers remorse. After my last purchase on 8-8-14 at about 9:20PM I have decided this business will no longer receive my money. They did not offer a receipt on a credit charge, I was also shorted my order, I was given a large drink with my meal but not offered a straw, and on top of all this I was denied bathroom privileges due to the fact that the business only has one bathroom key. I will rate this business no stars if I had the option. I recommend for all returning customers that you double check and triple check because the employees along with the manager do not know how to perform their job duties to ensure the satisfaction for their customers. The manager on site was Marcos Martinez and the lady whom had bagged my order was Vanessa Fernandez.

Crappy hole in the wall. Service is ridiculously slow even when there are no customers; to use the restroom they make you BUY FOOD FIRST. Well F off, i refuse to risk someone putting something in my food while having to leave it unattended to use the restroom. TO THE OWNER: CONGRATULATIONS, YOU LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO YOUR LACK OF RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS WHO PUT THEIR SAFETY FIRST OVER YOUR POS FOOD. P.S. your manager is a pile of poo too
