I have been to Red Robin a few times and other than the burger being a little more pink than I like, there has never been many problems. Unfortunately that was not the case with my most recent visit. We went on a Sunday night and were seated right away which was good but thats where the good stops. When we sat at our table, we noticed the table felt almost waxy. I took out a baby wipe to wipe the table because my 19 month old eats straight off the table sometimes. Well 5 baby wipes later they were still turning black as I scrubbed the grimy table. It was as if they never bother to give the tables a good scrub. What was worse when we showed the waitress she could care less. She didnt offer to seat us somewhere else or send some one to clean the table, she barely mumbled an appology. Then the food was very slow coming out (people seated after us had already eaten and left), our drinks were always empty and we had to ask for them to be refilled, and the burgers were pink again. We got our bill and not even our drinks were comped. That is the last time we will be going to Red Robin.

A few of us went here for some beer and appetizers around 4pm. It didnt seem extra busy or anything, but our waitress seemed like she had 100 tables going on. She forgot our beers and we had to remind her. Then after she didnt come back to the table for quite some time we ended up having to place our order off the little tablet on the table. We ordered the onion rings tower, artichoke spinach dip, and the nachos with no chili. The only good items were the beer and the onion rings. The nachos seriously looked like the sprinkled a tiny bit of shredded cheese on it and threw it in the microwave, then put a scoop of sour cream on it. It was basically just chips. Horrible. The same with the dip, it was all chips. We basically paid 25 bucks for tortilla chips. Thanks Red Robin

The server was nice and tried his best but restaurant is poorly run. First we were seated without any napkins or silverware. Then when our appetizers came (zucchini and cheese sticks) there was no sauce. I asked for the appetizers to be taken off the check as our burgers came out shortly after and we still had not gotten our sauce and they were. We took some napkins from the table next to us and silverware. That was the second time we had to get napkins and silverware for our selves. My daughters burger was raw in the center and she had asked for it to be well. They put some food in front of you fast but it is not your server so they do not care if your order is incomplete or inaccurate. This will be the last time we go there.

I have been to multiple Red Robin restaurants and have never had a problem but this is the location that made me never go back. After a minor error in my order, just a minor annoyance and nothing that would have made me think less of the establishment since the servers were helpful and courteous, the short bald manager decided to deliver it himself and tell me (with enough attitude for someone twice his small height) that this was my fault. He is a jack wagon tool to say the least. Is this how Red Robin trains there management staff to handle customer problems? I would not recommend this location at all.

While ONE of our servers (we had 3 different rotating) Alexis , was awesome& super friendly and attentive.....sadly that is where all of the "Good" of this visit, ended. Pretty much everything else went completely awry. They ran out of ciabatta buns and didnt let is know until our food was brought out on sesame buns. No oops, or gosh im sorry. It was literally "we ran out of ciabatta buns. Sorry." And then he promptly turned away. Several other hitches in the visit but im not going to list them all. I think you get the general idea. ...

I have been going to this Red Robin for quite a few years and other than one bad experience I have always been pleased with the food and service. My favorite is the mushroom burger which I have almost every time I go. It usually comes out a little pink in the middle so if this is not your preference make sure you let them know. Many times there is quite a wait and if this is the case you can check the bar area as they have additional first come, first serve seating available there.

Stopped for a quick bite. Sat in the sports area and was served by Samuel, an energetic young man who was quick, attentive, and provided friendly service with a smile. He gave honest opinions when asked but the ropes was he was always making sure we were taken care of. A+ The Citrus Harissa salmon was a "mighty tasty burger" as well as the Smoke N Pepper Burger... Overall, a great experience and an awesome place to be on your 5th anniversary weekend... Lol

Really a good burger and everything else that weve ordered was also delicious. Its just everyone else likes this place more. Its always jam packed. Were now in the pick up order thing and it works out. I feel better about working my way through the waiting crowd to get my food and take it home and eat in peace. Parking is usually full but there are more spaces in the back. It is expensive but you know youll like what you order.

Just left red robin 1st the red chairs are dumb they lean back and everyone passing hits the chair most of the time it was the guy that cleans the table. Next the top of the table rocked, not the floor was missing screws to hold top. real nice ah ah ah !!! The food was ok could use more chili on burger. Wife ordered burger and add a side salad. Got burger go there were is the fries??? will be a long till I will go back.

Every time my wife and I come, we have a great experience. The service is always fast, and the Servers are always polite and respectful. They care about our order, and make sure we are satisfied. Great food selection, and the adult beverages are delicious! You gotta check out this smaller, more personal Red Robin restaurant at Greenback and Arcadia here in Citrus Heights. Great place to eat and drink!

Big Fan of this Place. Def order fries as an appetizer (if youre ordering a burger) cuz they are greaattt! Whats not to love :) I wish they had lower calorie burgers. Its not insane or anything but giving an alternative like different types of meats would be nice, oh wait, they do!!!! Turkey Burgers :) Id love to see some bison or various types. Just Saying .

Went for late night dinner and drinks for my birthday. Its Friday night and they cant make half the drinks on the menu because they are out of this and that. Hubby specified no tomato on the burger and got it anyway. My food was delicious, and our server was good. Wish they were able to make the drinks we really wanted, would have gotten 5 stars if they did.

Our server made this experience one to remember. She was outgoing, polite and hilarious; she took excellent care of us throughout our meal. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because I ordered a salad with bbq grilled chicken and it was mostly wilted lettuce. I literally ONLY ate the bbq chicken off the top, and the rest went in the trash in the kitchen.
