Flying out on a trip out of Sacramento airport, and doors werent closed and it was 8:50 pm, cashier said were closed and the person in front of you is the last customer! This is a FYI for the upper executives of the Starbucks, and Im greatly disappointed that your staff that works for you were not more available to accommodate my request for a Starbucks concoction!

Ive been to many Starbucks and this has got to be the worst one. I ordered a Double Chocolatey Chip Frappuccino (R) and its more like milk blended with chocolate chips and mocha. The gal didnt put enough ice and the consistency is all wrong. Id complain to the staff but the line is already so long, I dont want to make it worse for everyone else...twenty minute line.

Waiting for my flight so I figured get a cup of joe, I over heard there manager talk to her employees as if they where her slaves I felt so bad for the workers there. THE EMPLOYEES​ SEEM TO BE TRYING BUT THERE MANAGER CANT LEAD NOR SHOULD SHE EVEN BE IN A MANAGER POSTION. WORSE MANAGER IVE EVER WITNESS

Only 2 employees this morning...line long at 6:30am. VERY SLOW!! Wish Starbucks at airports would have a quick line for DRIP ONLY!! In line for nearly 20m!!
