This starbucks is always a disaster. They always have like 8 staff but the drive through takes longer than any drive through starbucks Ive ever been in, and going inside is a cluster. They get, in my personal experience 60% of drinks wrong. If you ask for a "venti iced black coffee unsweetened with light ice" (which is how Ive trained myself to ask for it when going there) its guaranteed to be sweetened or have extra ice. Good luck if you order something complex. Of course since its a drive through, you never make them fix it....youd have to hold up the already absurd drive through line (in my estimate 3 minutes per car) or get out and go in. Corporate starbucks needs to like have an intervention on this place, it stinks that the closest drive through sucks.

Last time I come to Starbucks to get some work done. I used to escape(since the dawn of time) to Starbucks to get work done but it is not longer possible. The throttle of their internet is a joke. Google "searches" fail to even load with 3 other people in the store but of course Starbucks webpages are insanely fast. This happens every time I visit including @ 5:30am when no one else is in the store. As you may have noticed this is killing "my hipster vibes" that I will no longer come to Starbucks with my laptop and the idea of even surfing the internet. I also cancelled my phone service with AT&T just to disconnect myself from them altogether. Too bad though cause the staff here are great!

Omg, this store makes me want to rip my hair out every visit. Too many disappointing visits to count. From drinks that are only 2/3rds full, completely being forgotten about to mobile orders taking 30 mins. Their regional manager should invest some time at this store as well as the one in Rancho Cordova off of Sunrise and Zinfandel. I purchased coffee beans just so I dont have to go back to my home store here in Elk Grove.

Sorry but this is the worst hotel weve been to. Thermostat wasnt working and we asked the front desk about and he said that its ok and that some rooms the thermostat isnt working. There were no remote for the tv. The beds are not comfortable at all, it creaks even just for a slight movement. The hangers are your ordinary white hangers from local walmart. I will never book a hotel in this place/company again.

This is my local Starbucks I love that mentality of the employees that work there. I go through the drive-thru every day even though it is always backed up almost down to the street. They are usually good about getting through at the line quickly. Jessica is probably one of the best, Kaitlyn is also really good at taking the trash out. Just kidding Kaitlyn lol

i like this Starbucks, rightnow it is one of my fav spots to chill whenever visiting the Sactown. Im from New York and Starbucks there are always crowded, but this one is more roomy and laid back feel to it. I like the decor and the baristas are okay.

I love this Starbucks--the drive-thru is speedy and the folks are awesome! Unfortunately, with their new hours (eff. 02.27.12, they will open at 5:30a, instead of 4:00a), they will lose me as a customer. Thanks for all the wonderful lattes....

Extremely slow! And Ive gotten several drinks wrong before. And they always have an excuse for taking so long! Today "the computers were not working properly." Too bad this is the only starbucks close to the freeway on my way to work.

I rate this place as five stars for service. Unfortunately, since it isnt just a community Starbucks but off of busy I 5 with travelers, they are usually out of food items pretty early. They need to up their stock to counter that.

This is my local Starbucks I visit often. The employees are always super friendly and they can make a lot of drinks quickly! Edit: Unfortunately, this Starbucks has proven to be out of cold brew coffee about 50% of the time.
