I lived in Sacramento from 2005 to 2008 and I agree when people say this really is the best PHO I have ever eaten. Ive travelled around the country and have yet to find a PHO that is equal to this one. When I first tried it that morning it was so good I came back that evening because I kept thinking about it. Now I search the country tasting different varieties of PHO and I have not yet found the one as good as the one I had in Sacramento. I now live in Texas and Ive been to all the major cities in Texas looking for the same quality of PHO I had in Sacramento... there is none. I plan on going back to Sacramento one day in the future to try that PHO again just to make sure I wasnt dreaming. Till this day Pho Saigon still is in my memory as having the BEST PHO IVE EVER EATEN.

Pho Saigon is a decent Vietnamese restaurant thats conveniently open until later in the night. Usually, its hard to find Vietnamese restaurants that are open after 10 PM so I was pleasantly surprised to find this one. They serve most of your usual Vietnamese cuisine but are missing one important dish.. BROKEN RICE! Despite this, I went ahead and ordered the rice with pork chop to go and found it to be quite good. In fact, if I hadnt seen the menu, I might have mistaken it for broken rice! The food came out pretty fast and the portions were very generous. All in all, if youre looking to satisfy your Vietnamese food cravings, this might be a good place to try.

Didnt bring me my order! Which was number 1 medium! Walk pass me and my siblings and didnt even refill our water! Not even busy yet still didnt bring me my order out! Right now is 10:30pm and there a lot of staff working! Waiter didnt even give stairs and when waiter say she will bring it but instead she pass us and sat and ate at two tables away from me and my siblings. If there was a no star like I would give them no stars at all! Due to bad customer services! Not a recommend place to anyone!

This is the only noodle place that actually have the type of pho noodle that I love. I come here when I really want the best pho noodle. I give this a 4 star instead of the 5 star because the parking lot is very very limited in space making it more difficult to find a parking spot. Would be nice if in the future they can have more parkings available for customers.

Id give this place no stars. Pho was ducking disgusting. Over salty. Meat was gross. Shrimp and pork rice rolls were gross too. Waste of money with those orders... Even the Thai iced tea wasnt the best. Service was terrible overall. Never again, I dont even know why this place is highly rated. On top of it all the place was dirty too. That says a lot.

I ordered the bun bo hue. The flavor of the broth is ok, nothing memorable. It did not leave me craving bite after bite. The sliced beef was too big and the rounds were awkward to eat (3 inch diameter). I am not sure if it is just a different cut. This is not to say the soup was bad, it just did not keep me coming back for more.

Food good but the service sucks!!! No focus on good customer service. I ordered shrimp PHO and what did I find in my pho, a big piece of chicken. So not happy after telling the waiter we are vegetarians! They also brought my wifes meal out very late. The restrooms are outdated and dark!!! They need to be renovated ASAP!!!!

They may have good food, but serious hearing problems. Get your ears checked people so I dont have to keep getting my card out to swipe it back and forth. Its the first time. More than 3 times already every time I come in make sure when you order you seriously have to open your food and check everything is there.

Went there with my family this evening as i have several times before only this time there was a ROACH on the floor under my seat. My 5 year old daughter noticed and told me. We told them and left right away. Disgusting! Always noticed it wasnt thr cleanest place but GEEZ thats gross!!! Never going back again.

I saw a cockroach crawl out of the kitchen area then told the cashier about the issue but instead of forward the information to management she simply said okay and acted as if its a normal thing. I could understand if I was at a house dinner but a public restaurant should have higher standards.

The large bowl is huge!!! We ordered the chicken and beef pho bowls and it was really good. The condiments for the pho were really green and fresh. The wait time for the food seems like seconds. The restroom is clean. It is wheelchair accessable. The con: the Viet coffee isnt the best I had.

The place is dirty. The floor is oily, so be careful while youre walking. A person in our party found a bug in their pho. Then, the waiter forgot to bring out the appetizers and one of the meals. The waiter was unapologetic and argued with us when we asked to speak with the manager.

The best Chow Fun, take your pick. Oh, the Pho is the best, also the roast duck is the best that I have ever had. I cant tip enough. My wife has a sensitive stomach, almost gave up on going out to dinner. She has had the Pho, Fun, and the Duck with no problem. It is worth the drive.

Not bad. On my way to an appointment and saw this on my navigation app. Took an associate with me whos never had Vietnamese food before. We had the grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli, and Vietnamese iced coffee. We both liked it. Service was not bad either.

A great spot in the middle of South sac to get authentic pho. A classic choice in restaurant among dozens in the area, its nostalgic taste will keep you coming back, despite its hesitating staff and cold service. Large tables, good for groups and fait priced.

Listen, soggy noodles are never good. I got a extra large bowl full of them. Also, they dont have the long Asian cilantro that really makes pho great. Also, the broth in fairly sure was likely mixed with store bought beef stock. I wont be going back

The food tasted great, the music they were playing was awesome, and it overall impressed me. That was until I went home after eating... I spent the whole night in the bathroom with food poisoning. I will never be back again. Sorry, you lost my trust.

Food is good but the restroom is hella dirty. Dont go into the restaurant without washing your hands first. If you plan to use their restroom to clean your hands before your meal you might feel more dirty coming out of the restroom.

I miss this place, hands down this place got the best pho. I love pho and Ive been all over the country and trust me, i havent come across any pho better then Pho Saigon...I always got their #1 XL and their pe king pork.

Best pho I ever had lol and I travel a lot. Great portion theyre not stingy about it and its cheap! East Coast aint got nothing on this haha. I only gave it a 4 star bcuz its not the cleanest place but the food is great
