walked in and the girl taking the order was very nice and friendly. but the blonde cashier was so unbelievably rude. her attitude toward me and my friends was uncalled for. she acted as if she didnt care (probably doesnt) and how she handled our order was irritating. the food was cold even though it was coming up fresh my friends pot stickers were disgusting and doughey. and while we waited to pay our order we were not giving all of it. we were still missing spring rolls and I was given mushroom chicken not orange chicken. this was by far the worst experiance that I have ever encounter going out to eat.

This is my 5th and last time Im coming here. They consistently never have menu items available when ordering. (even rice and noodles) The staff simply waits until they are out of an item before requesting more be prepared. Over and over I see people walk out the door because they have to wait an extra 5 - 10 minutes for their food, or they just dont want to wait in an unnecessarily long line

I ordered 4 meals to go. I got home had only 3. I went back and they gave me the missing meal...no apology. Got home to find that one of the other meals had a missing entree. Third trip ... they gave me my food. By then I am so frustrated and my food was cold. I feel that they should give me a credit for my whole order. But they refused. Customer service sucks.

I visited this location for lunch today, and I wont be going back. There was a homeless person laying down/sleeping in the dining area. Not sure who manages this location but whoever it is sucks at their job. Fire the crew, hire all new people, and clean the place from top to bottom. Oh and if someone is horizontal in the dining area, show them the door!

My boyfriend and I go in there all the time. There was a time the orange chicken was really hard and I told the women working and she replaced it. We just want to thank the women named Sophia that gave us excellent service. They need more workers like u there. Such a great attitude so respectful and sweet. Shes the reason we will be going back

this location is awesome! today at my job we held a tech trainning class and we forgot to order lunch i called last min and they had are catering order ready in an hour and the staff was very nice to me. thank you to Sofia for taking my order and thank you to Eddie for making all are food it was great

I just picked up a plate, the noodles were very dry the two items were okay but not heat hot. The two ladies were pleasant but couldnt understand either one of them one may have had some sort of braces but still I had to ask three times to repeat herself.

Clean location right off the main highway. The service was friendly with a hearty greeting and an offer for samples before my purchase. The food looked great and tasted better. Combo meal is good value for the price.

every time I come in here the food has wait time. last time I was asked to wait seven minutes for grilled Asian chicken. I got my food twenty-five minutes later. nobody is smiling.

You get better portions because the kids there dont care but be prepared for child like attitudes, outbursts and unnecessary comments. The store is a wreck. Good luck.
