Our family has been going to Lone Tree Drive in since 1982. Tonite my son and husband went to this place for dinner. A regular sit down dinner, not to go. They ordered 3 entree dishes and ice tea. We tip at least 20% every time and have only had a few bad meals here. Veggies past their prime, etc. When asking for a refill on their iced tea, they were told only one refill, then they would be charged for another drink. I got home from work and phoned them. The woman communicated fairly well, and verified they do charge for another drink after 1 refill. I politely told her that other restaurants dont do this, she said "WHATEVER". Who is she learning this English from? I then told her it may be short-sighted to charge for drink refills as we can drive right up the street to Panda Express and have all the beverage we want for $1.79. She says, go to Panda. All this while, Im being calm and polite. This was her response to me. Go to Panda. She said WHATEVER several times while speaking with one of her valued customers. I will take her advice and go to Panda or to Mr. Wongs or anywhere but here. Spent over $30 for a dinner and are charged for a second refill. Please....

I called this place and they said they deliver but every time I tried to order something the lady would Hang up on me or keep me on hold for a really long time then hang up on me again! Eventually I gave up and decided to go eat at the place the place was very small and the customer service was even worse in person she came to out table never said hello or introduced herself just asked if I was ready to order after getting the order she just walked off, never confirmed the order or asked if we wanted anything to drink. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, we decide to take our food to go, but our waitress was no where to be found! Eventually we got our food but it was cold and burnt, once again they just took the money and handed us the food, not single thank your come again, or even a wave, so far the worst customer service Ive had in Antioch

I used to order from here whenever I got a craving for Chinese- for delivery. Quite frequently. I was surprised when I called sometime last year and they told me they dont deliver? Tried calling them again today and was once again told they dont deliver. I dont know when this changed but its unfortunate because theyve lost me as a long time customer. If I have to go pick up my food there are plenty of places closer to me. Theyre not so good that theyre worth going farther

Worst service ever, never order from this hole in the wall. Two hours later and still waiting for food. Had to cancel my order because she who doesnt understand english says the driver cant find the place even though its five minutes down the street. For two hours she said it was on the way. The only reason we were gonna try this place was because our favorite place Mei Mei was closed. What a waste of a night with the family and children. Dont give them your $$$$$$

I dont often write 1 star reviews, but I really couldnt be more unhappy with my experience at Lone Tree Drive In. The ordering process can only be described as bizarre. I was asked off topic questions about current movies the entire time, so ordering took 3 times longer than needed. My take out order was basically dropped on the table and the cashier walked away before I even had a chance to respond. I got very sick from the shrimp .

Me and my gf love this place. I never had any problem with the service or the food even if i need to sub something no complaints from them. I always get what I want on time. They are very friendly they always smile and wave when they see me. Iv been going to this place for a couple years now and will continue to go back. :) Very happy customer for life keep up the great work.

I dont know what Jarrod and Annie are talking about...Ive been going to Lonetree Drive in for about 30 yes and even with the new owners the food and service is still great !!!! PHONE ORDERS ARE GREAT ! DINE IN IS ALSO GREAT...Jerrod and Annie are Trolls

The food is ok but we stop going there because the chow mein have metal strands from the stainless steel sponge that they use to clean their woks. The last two to three times we order from them. No thank you.

I had the egg foo young with chow main lunch special today I couldnt eat it. The chow main and egg foo young both tasted the same, it was awful.
