30 minute wait for takeout order. Order was originally placed online. Upon arrival, was told online system had been down for a few hours so the order would have to be started again. Gave my order to wait staff at takeout counter and took a seat. Waited...and waited...and waited. While I am waiting Im watching customer after customer walk on, pick up their takeout orders and leave without any wait. I asked the staff to check on the status of my order twice. Was told it would be 2 more minutes....then 5 minutes later that the wings were being tossed and theyd be right out. Another 5 minutes passed before my.order was brought out. I understand technical issues arise and can slow down things...but when my receipt has a timestamp of 6:40 (when my.order was placed) and the cooks slip shows a cooking time of 6:59 thats a different, bigger problem than the online service being down. Thats a sign of a poorly run business. I will not be returning.

My girl and I went in and the service was fine but the cook messed up on my burger and on my girls burger. And put the chips from her nacho cheese burger on mine. The second time we called in an order and and they messed up our burgers again. A few weeks later we called In an order and they left everything off my burger and put the chips from her burger on my sandwich again. After the third time, I called back and explained this to the manager and he seemed to understand the issue and comped us two burgers the next time we went in. Couple months later I called in to make sure we would be comped and the manager said I wasnt on their list at all. Very displeased with customer service and managment. Will not be making the mistake of giving them another chance again so if youre ever in town, avoid going to this location.

Had the worst experience with the manager there. Did our fantasy football draft pick there and will never do it there again. So this is what happen, we happens to be the last one outside and just done with our pick. Got the tab and was sorting thing out with the guys. And the So the manager came out and told our waitress that "this is why I didnt want you to deal with these guy" we was loud but was not messy, nor was we disrespectful to our waitresses. And there was no reason for him to say that to us. Confront him and he say it was all just a misunderstanding. Will ok sir I will never go there or take my fantasy football draft there ever again. Did I mention it was 11 pm and they close at 1 am. And yes we did tip our waitress she was awesome.

THIS PLACE IS SO DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS CHILDREN AND FAMILIES MY SON HAD A FOOTBALL GAME TODAY AFTER WARDS WE WENT TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE THERE EVER MY KIDS ARE 11 AND 8 THE MANAGER ACCUSES MY KIDS OF STEALiNG TABLETS FROM THE TABLE AND WRAPPING THEM IN NAPKINS AND TAKING THEM TO THE CAR ALL MY SON DID WAS CHANGE HIS FOOT BALL PADS WHICH WERE WHITE AND PUT THEM IN MY CAR HOW DARE THE MANAGER A GROWN ASS MAN ACCUSE MY BOYS OF STEALING TABLETS THAT HE THOUGHT WERE IN WHITE NAPKINS WERE ACTUALLY FOOTBALL PADS IM BEYOND PISSED A ND LIBID WHO LET ALONE WHAT MAN SPEAKS TO CHILDREN IN THAT MANNER WHO IS SUPPOSE TO BE A MANAGER OF A BUSINESS HUMILIATING CHILDREN AND ACCUSE THEM OF BEING THIEVES

Just got home about an hour ago, we had been there since 5:45pm and didnt get our appetizers or meals (they were served together) until 7pm. When we got our food, it was on the cold side and you could tell that it had been sitting awhile. There was a film that covered my wings. We asked for multiple things like silverware and most of the food items we ordered, we had not received and no one said a word to us or checked up on us for refills for that hour we were waiting. We got our first refill right as we were finishing up our meal at 7:30. This isnt the first time we have had horrible service there either but this time was by far the worst service Ive ever received anywhere.

The service here sucks these girls need to quit talking so much with each other and focus on the customer, I understand you cant get another job that requires a good personality rather than good looks and cheap tattoos but some girls here need to be nicer and not act like customers are annoying them. Never coming to this location again. NOTE to managers please hire women who dont mind doing their job instead of dumb girls who just wanna gossip about all the men including Co workers they sleep with.

I waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then when I was acknowledged the hostess wanted to argue with me of when I walked in. So I walked out and went somewhere else. Will NEVER BE here again! First experience with them was HORRIBLE. Fries were cold and wings were wrong. Manager didnt do anything. Manager didnt fill this girls to go cup all the way cuz she asked for no ice wtf thay costs your company what 10 cents to fill up a 2.50 soda?? So cheap!

Worst customer service ever! The greeter, Raquel, didnt even do her job and greet us upon arrival. Then, there were tons of open tables on a Thursday at 7:30pm. When I asked her about it, she said that "someone will be with us in 30 minutes." Retrain your servers and greeters bdubs. This is not acceptable for paying customers. I dont care if the TVs are loud enough to drown out her miserable attitude, your store needs better management.

BWW is normally my go to spot for wings, but my last experience was the work. I ordered my to-go order online. The ready time they gave me was 11:30pm, but I didnt get my order until 11:50. My wings barely had any sauce on them and my fries were real skimpy. I was very disappointed. If it wasnt so late (midnight) and I wasnt starving I would have taken the food back. It was so disappointing.

It good and bad. Ive been there many times over the years. My friends and Ive gotten our food wrong couple of times(we paid for it too), they ran out of drinks whenever I wanted it, the waiting sometime is so long even when no one is sitting on those empty tables. What most of the people said on here is pretty truth. But nothing is perfect, there will be some good time and bad time.

Hang a great time here. I sat in the bar area (self seating) at a high top table. Mallory greeted me promptly and answered any questions I had. Once she took my order she kept me informed of the progress. After receiving my food she checked on me regularly and kept my drink refilled.

Just left this place without finishing my food. Chicken wings were dry and my waitress was fat, sweaty and smelled strongly of B.O. Every time she bent down to assist us, we both could smell her. I feel bad to put her on blast, but it was too awkward trying to act normal

Wings are great here!! There are more TVs than your eyes can fathom. Youll be searching the vast pixelmania for which screen your best bud is yelling at. On a side note do yourself a favor and YouTube "how to eat a wing" before you go. You can thank me later for that tidbit.
