Ok.... we walked inside because the drive through was not moving at all. When we walked up to the counter the lady behind the counter was completely rude and acted as if she didnt want to be there and did not care at all. My gf and I ordered spicy chicken tenders and she said it would be 5 min to make them. Thats fine ill wait. My girl friends cousin ordered popcorn shrimp. When we got our food i asked for the blackened ranch that i ordered with my food and she reached down into the fridge and pulled out ragin Cajun bbq ranch. I told her this is not the right sauce and she said we dont have blackened ranch and walked away. The tenders were hot and fresh but lacked seasoning. But the shrimp and fries were discusting as if they have been sitting under a heater for a very long time, the shrimp especially. When this location first opened the food and service was amazing but every time I come here now the food is either old or they dont have any tenders ready and need to make them. Seems the management and crew do not care to follow the procedures any longer or about the quality of there food.

So this Popeyes is on my way home from work so I stop here often when I get off for dinner. Well tonight I had horrible service and I will go out of my way to go to another one. I ordered 2 combo meals one with fries one with mashed potatoes and added 2 biscuits. When I get to the window he asks me again what sides I ordered. So I repeated one with fries and one with mashed potatoes so when he went back I assumed he got it right. Well I was wrong I did not get any mashed potatoes. He almost forgot the 2 extra biscuits but thankfully he remembered when he handed me the bag of food. The fries were room temperature if that and soggy. We also did not receive any sauces for our chicken strips. All a bunch of young kids working there not paying attention. Make sure to check your order!

The service of this place is absurd. The last 3 times theyve gotten my order wrong, they repeat the order back wrong so you end up having to repeat the entire order 4 times and the manager is a jerk who doesnt care about customer service. I wasnt given a receipt the last time I came in and when my order was wrong and I went back to get my order he argued that I MUST have been given a receipt. It took me showing him the transaction on my mobile banking app for him to finally refund me. At that point I just got my money back and left. I highly recommend going to another location to save yourself the hassle!!!

Had to wait 26 minutes for mild chicken to be done then she offered me a free pie only because I said well are you going to give me anything for having to wait so long and not telling me originally after already waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru then she forgot to give me the pie when I had my daughter ask for it she acted like it was a put out then gave us the pie and it was ice cold the customer service there is terrible and the management is rude I went there around 7:30 at night on a Tuesday they used to be really good couldnt even get two forks with my two meals will not be going there again

I hate giving a one star to a business. But somebody from corporate role needs to come here and take a look at this place. Going to the drive-through is convenient, but at this restaurant, an awful experience. It all starts with somebody on the speaker asking if they can take your order, but they sound like they just came to work after leaving a funeral. This place must be the most miserable place to work because nobody there because of her smiling, friendly, or even upbeat. They are slow, and they just dont seem to care as the orders that I placed are right probably only 50% of the time.

This is the WORST Popeyes I have ever been too!!!! My friend and I went thru the drive thru. He was paying for his order with a debit card and I had cash. We were told you cant have 2 orders!! Which is just stupid!! Asked to speak with the manager. She was not very friendly and was told I would have to park and come in to order. Which I did. But how inconvenient!!! The next week I went there and didnt realize I didnt get my biscuit!! Which are the BEST!! I tried calling the number on the receipt...no one answers!! So Popeyes YOU OWE ME A BISCUIT!!! And work on your CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The food here is consistently good. The drive-thru service is consistently a chore though. Out of the last half dozen times we have gone this year, 4/6 times we had to park on the side to wait for our food. The other time we were able to wait at the window, and once, we were in and out with no issue. It constantly feels like the staff is running around confused or lost. That being said, the food does still taste good.

Friendly staff with a clean restaurant. We ordered a 3pc dinner, shrimp and 2pc spicy dinner. For the dinnera we got sides of mac and cheese which is always tasty and comes out hot. The biscuits are great with a buttery/ salty top. 3-stars for over cooked spicy chicken breast. It was under the heat lamps too long and came dried out. Not a deal breaker, and well be back.

I have been to most of the Popeyes locations in Sacramento. I have never been to this one before. This is by far the best location Ive been to. The food is hot, the people were friendly and they really seemed to be happy to see me. Most of the other locations they look like they were just ready to die and have it over with. Definitely will be coming back.

Not impressed with customer service, quality of food, high prices, limited menu selection, or overall cleanliness. The place was a mess, the cashier was rude, the chicken was mostly deep-fried batter, there was no price listed for a single breast, and I paid twice as much for the daily deal with the breast added as my side.

We keep giving this location chance after chance and every time they forget something in our order! And all of those times Ive been charged!!! Today was the last straw... wed rather drive 20 minutes out of our way than to waste money at this location ever again (this spot being only 3 miles from our home). Never again!!!

EVERY time we go here the frys are sooo cold and rock hard like they are day old frys. Only one time i went where they freash and tasted really good! Other then that they are always stale and cold. The other food is really good though will try again but ill definitely be returning it if the frys are cold and rock hard .
