Horrible , I went in on a Saturday, I placed my order online, Ive ordered online about 4 times already and every single time that I have walked in to the pick up area its been the same rude service, no one acknowledges you, no one greets you, you literally have to stand here for a couple minutes and approach them to be spoken to, I hate it I hate going in there, on sat as I was saying I walked in and of course it was busy , I paid for my order and this worker Angela did not say anything, not "oh give me a minute" not "Ill grab your food" nothing, I figured they were backed up so I sat down instead of hovering over or around the counter, I waited patiently as I watched her help everyone else that was waiting including people who had walked in as I did, I waited 30 minutes to get my food because turns out she forgot and she looked at me several time sitting while I was waiting, and until I confronted her and asked her how much longer she turns around and grabs my food from the fridge behind her I was so so so heated she gave me my food and she forgot, I had to walk out and get air because I seriously wanted to go off on her, and to top it off when I got home I realized she put no ranch at all in my bag , so pissed off about that service , thank you Angela for the worse experience at bww off of Tyler galleria in riverside

I went here with a friend a few days ago and our surver (the name on his name tag was Miz) he gave us our drinks and he didnt come back to take our order for over a half hour, and the only reason he came was cause I got their captains attention and asked why our order wasnt taken, after we gave our order we wait for almost an hour before we got our food, we had just got there in time before the rush, but somehow people who came in after us when the rush start they were surved before us. When we got our food some of it was warm, while the rest was kind of cold. Also towards the end I realized that the surver (Miz) had been my surfer once before when I went out with a group of friends, and he did a poor job then, he was just standing around doing nothing. Normally I wont complain but you have to when it gets bad. If it was just a one time bad service I wouldnt write a bad review for this, but Ive had it bad here, so now I go to the other bww, which Ive had great service. Also they charge for stupid things like ranch, which at the other bww nearby do not charge for things like that.

My wife and I went for lunch yesterday ( 1-10-15 ) . This would be our first visit to here . We were seated as soon as we walked in . We were sitting for 15 minutes , no one ever came to serve us . I saw 4-5 servers walking past us during that time . Service is an important thing to us and I can say that I will NEVER GO TO ANY BWW EVER AGAIN !!!! The Manager even walked by us !!!!! So as we walked out we mentioned to the hostess that sat us , that we were never served . As she was looking down at her computer , never looking at us , all she said was sorry . Not even caring one bit . I should have spoke to the Manager , but I doubt he would have cared to ....... We walked over to Famous Daves BBQ , and had an awesome lunch !!!! We tipped our waitress $20 . So F-OFF BWW !!!!!

Food: Good, like any other BBW I have come to know and like. Wait:15 min, there was a huge party a head of us (20+ppl)...so not too bad actually. Service:....the server was very polite and smiled...but the wait for EVERYTHING (food & drinks) holy crap...food took 20 min and I had already downed my lemonade and had only one refill while my fiance sat without a refill the while time...i asked for water and a refill took forever to get that...I sat the entire dinner without napkins (eating wings mind you) and ask for them in the beginning but he disappear after getting our food...but very quick to get our check. Food is good...just the servers could be a little more attending to refills...but the food wait is crazy!

Went for my late birthday lunch 7/31/2016... it was our very first time there. I had seen TONS of horrible reviews online. I was honestly going in there with the lowest of expectations. But as soon as we walked in there was someone to greet us with a smile and a great attitude. Since it was our first time there MARIA and CHRIS were SOOO NICE AND HELPFUL explaining all about their sauces and flavor best sellers and drinks.. we had an amazing time. Not to metion the whole time we were there someone kept on stoping by our table asking us how we were doing and if they could get anything else for us... truly an amazing time.. thak you MARIA and CHRIS we really appriciate it

We had a great family dinner there on Saturday, we were in a hurry to eat and catch a movie with the kids. The waitress noticed and expedited everything for the table, she was awesome and super friendly. Food was great as always! Being in a super rush I completely forgot my credit card on the table. I didnt realize it until Monday afternoon; of course I called and cancelled my card, but I also called and asked if they would mail it to me not really expecting that they would. Last night a Fedex Express with my card arrived at 9pm, they took the time to mail it back overnight and gave me some peace of mind and the best customer service we have received to date.

I had asked to be seated at an empty booth. They said Id have to wait if I wanted a booth, I said Ill wait. 15mins later I get seated at the same booth I had asked about. I ordered artichoke dip 10mins later told they ran out. I ordered wedges with cheese 10mins later I was told they ran out. employees standing around bullshitting with empty tables all around and the wait is 20mins. Managers get ur heads out of your asses. Im gonna apply next week so I can stand around and get paid.

Doesnt even deserve a one star. I walked right in but took them 20min or so to take my order. I saw 3 different servers until finally one took my order. I told them twice it was my sons birthday they didnt do nothing. People here need to learn wat customer service is !!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and it was my first time here wat a way to make me come back ! Forgot to mention our first server decided to serve another family that was Caucasian over us, find it very discriminating

prior to walking in I saw a table that was available and waited about fifteen minutes for them to seat me exactly where I saw the table was open that already mad me upset and irritated me keep in mind I do have a one year old with me who is hungry but then I get server Mr.Jay who has served me at the other bww who is awesome and I have to give it up to amber for turning my worst experience to the best woot woot I will for sure come again and only deal with them
