This place is awful. I have lived in Rancho for over 15 years. As long as this place has been here the service is awful. They never have chicken available. You almost always have to wait for chicken to be prepared and they are not apologetic. How can you even run out of hot wings, ever? One would think that the management would have peak periods down and have the appropriate amount of chicken available for customers and adjust when necessary. The worst KFC in the Inland Empire by far. I go to Crispy Crunchy Chicken now in the new Mobil Gas Station at 10 Fwy and Haven. OMG if you want fantastic chicken, great service and fantastic side orders go there......

Horrible situation here! Came and bought two boxed dinners and was told $16.90 and was given a receipt for that amount but my bank was charged $17.39. I tried multiple times to call but all I get is a fax machine. If there playing around with your card then anything can happen. I will never trust them again so if I want fried chicken it wont be from this place. I hate untrustworthy people. I was waited on by Gregg the Atlanta fan in the super bowl.

This is the worst kfc I have ever been to. The lady at the drive through had a terrible attitude the whole entire time. They were making jokes and laughing instead of making my order when there were no cars in front of me. All the night shift workers need to be fired!! Im never going back to this KFC ever again

Pulled up at 1030pm, waited for 5 minutes at the order spot and realized they where on closing mode despite the 11pm closing time. Pulled forward and had to honk 3 times to be told they had only tenders left and where closing soon . As a business owner this concerns me. Will not be back.

The worst KFC I have ever been to. Every single order I have ever bought have always been messed up somehow. The wait time is tremendous and unnecessary. The workers there are rude and disrespectful. I recommend to never go to this KFC location.
