I have been going to this michoacana for a while now. I live like 15 min away from this place and i didnt care about the drive because i had good service until yesterday. The line wasnt that long when i got there but still it took the employees a long to get me out. (There were 4 girls working) The girl that helped me (nayeli) was talking and having a good laugh with one of the other girls while i was there been ignore. When she asked for my order i said i wanted a horchata and a mangonada. After she gave me the mangonada she didnt offer anything else and walk to the register.. (i wanted frezas con crema) i was to annoyed to even ask her for them. After she rung me up she almos throw my recipt to me. She didnt expressed gratitude. She didnt say thank your. The worse thing is that i have a michoacana closer to my house and i had always choosen YOUR michoacana OVER SO MANY OTHERS. i hope the owner sees this review.. I will yelp it too.

TERRIBLE... The Cashier was really helpful, kind and provided great service. The manager or whatever he was "Jaime" was very rude... Not directly to me but to his employee. I felt humiliated for her. She took my payment and the order "froze" however she suggested I check my bank to see if I had been charged, I did as she suggested and sure enough the charge was there so when she called him over to help with his crappy system he doesnt even know how to utilize and I was really agitated that he had me waiting a while (prob wanted to charge me again even after I showed him my bank charges) while treating his employee like crap... NEVER again to this one. Gonna yelp it too!

As a first time customer to this Michoacana, I am extremely disappointed by the attitude of the so call Manager "Brenda", she has no respect for the employees there. While I was waiting to pay, she scream at the cashier in front of me and the rest of the customers, you dont treat your employees that way. Remember every business is run by their reviews, I hope you as the owner take a look at the way your employees are treated. You have a great variety, which makes it great for your customers,however the best ADVERTISEMENT is your CUSTOMERS. I will make sure to share my reviews in Yelp aswell.

Nice place to chill, but tables can be limited because a lot of people frequent here. The ice cream was good, if not a little too excessive on the sweetness (I docked a star for this) Minus 1 star for service. Maneuvering through their ice cream parlor is not user-friendly for those who are unfamiliar with the Hispanic culture. The staff are mainly Spanish speakers and understanding the menu items would require some explanation for new folks. Nonetheless, everyone is very friendly and patient.

Ice cream was good and at price $$$$ is I little pricey For regular family of 5. lines are long and I understand that but only having two people working and taking forever almost 1hour its not right. They need to have more workers. . Once we were being served the girl didnt know what the flavors were, was extremely slow, and had not a welcoming expression. Its frustrating for the customer when the workers arent properly trained when going in to work.

Great ice cream. Love the vibe in there, very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. The workers are very sweet, the one attending me known as Carmen had me laughing the whole time she was very nice and social. The ice cream was amazing. The lines can get a little long but hey its for a reason. Everyone wants to buy good ice cream.

Nothing like mexican ice cream!! Delicious. This place has over 30 flavors of paletas, and a variety of ice cream flavors I have never tasted before. If you like ice cream and exotic flavors try this place, Ive been there three days in a row. Theres always a line in this place but well worth the wait.

Service is horrible theres only 2 attendants serving and charging the wait is horrible more than 20 minutes! Just cause I was really craving this otherwise I would of taken off and I was already there!!! HORRIBLE PLACE HIRE MORE PEOPLE

This place is great. The ice cream has that home made floor and comes in a lot of flavors cold stone or thrifty dont offer, like chongos and mamey. Pricing wise it isnt the cheapest, but its definitely not the most expensive.

Great customer service. Awesome ownership! One thing I did notice was that one or two of the employees uniform was dirty and not presentable enough to be working with food. Otherwise food and snacks are pretty good.

Love the variety and flavors of natural fruit popsicles, as well as the fruit cups especially the piña loca ( crazy pineapple ). If you are in the Rialto, CA area come check them out, good customer service.

Great customer service. The workers are very friendly and patient. The ice cream was great. Long lines are expected so I didnt mind. My kids enjoyed their treats. I would recommend this place to everyone.
