My group visited this location on a Saturday at 6pm. There were only a few people in line. The staff all looked quite young. Although the price for a large shake ($8! Perhaps 24oz) was absurdly expensive, I went through with the purchase. I figured that it being Haagen-Dazs ice cream and that my sweet-tooth craving needed to be satiated was reason enough. Unfortunately, the guy that made my shake made it very liquidy which over-diluted the quality ice cream flavor.

Jason C gave me a melting scoop of ice cream on a cone and thought I wouldnt notice that he clearly had scooped out some leftover melting ice cream from a previous pail that had rancid nuts in it as when I peeked at the pail ha scooped from, the pail was piled high with melting ice cream. The pails come level with ice cream. What a disappointment.

We live in the neighborhood and frequent this location. Maria works evenings and she is very sweet, super friendly and polite. The guy that works with her (I dont know his name because he never offers a receipt) gives HORRIBLE service. VERY rude and argumentative. I always avoid him.

Great location, great ice cream and great service. Very typical small ice cream shop but kept clean and flowing. Staff didnt flinch when the line was out the door. Great experience. Try the Rocky Road in a waffle cone. (my favorite)

The man is stingy with toppings, but the ice cream itself is good. Id prefer going to the Cold Stone down the street because they have much friendlier service but this Haagen Daz does score points for always playing Latin pop music.

On a Saturday night we were there by 9.55 pm it was closed whereas the store hours posted outside the shop says they were supposed to be open till 11pm.On enquiry they refused to open ..... pathetic response by staff

Yummy ice cream, but the store as so HOT inside and all the ice cream was melty! Also, the employees were slow and couldnt keep up with orders even though there werent a ton of people.
