Ordered 2 chicken strip dinners to go. Workers were too busy talking to each other rather than making sure the customer was getting what they wanted. There was no one else in the store. We asked for a couple more dipping sauces for our strips and were told they were only allowed to give one per order and we couldnt even purchase more. They also didnt even give us our choices for sauces they put in what they felt we would want. When getting to where we were going to eat, we found no napkins, no butter or honey for the biscuits. I would not recommend this KFC for good service. We

I ate here on Friday 9/12/14 around 2pm it was not busy at all and still me and my brother received crappy service. Got ignored for a while till someone took our order. (I keep in mind the fact that there is a drive thru that they have to attend but like I said it was a slow day shouldnt have been a problem at all.) When we got our cups the soft drinks tasted way off, AND the chicken tasted old and nasty. The only reason we stopped and ate here is because we remember the chicken tasting awesome. No idea what happened but Im never going to this KFC ever again.

I bought the $20 fill up meal from foothill/sierra in Fontana I ordered extra crispy and the chicken look like they got the original through some more batter on it and cook it again because it was original underneath the extra crispy I think this place is selling old food or recycling the food, its just sad because I never order KFC and the one time I do crave fresh fried chicken this place ruins any expectation of anything tasty.

Tonight was the only time I really was happy about going through this KFC (Foothill in Fontana. There was a young lady by the name of Julanne <----- hope I spelled that right. She was the best customer service in the drive through I have ever ever had there. I believe if that wonderful girl would get the chance to be manager that place would get greater reviews and happier customers. My ticket number was 2553

How on Halloween are you going to not be able to accept cash at all you cant tell me every single drawer in register you have is broken when you cant open up the doors for cash so I have a whole house full of people to feed and youre telling me you can accept hard earned cash Im sorry I have no way to run a business and I will never go back to KFC ever again that is b*******

Ordered 3 bowls and they told us to park.no one behind us. 3 other cars waiting. Finally got our order. They forgot our drinks. Took more then 7 min after already waiting 15 min. Then we get home the Dam order was WRONG !!! REALLY ! DAM KIDS PROBABLY ON THERE DAMM PHONES !

Ive tried and tried and tried to like this location. Either I get bad food with horrible drive thru attitude or just bad food. Food is old or cold and sometimes low portions (famous bowl half full and stale). Im not ever going back. Garbage
