This review is a result of the three times that I have eaten here. I ate in once, drive thru once, phone order once. All of the times I have chosen to eat here because I usually have kids with me after their appointment at CHOC and this is an affordable place where the food is actually good and inexpensive; doesnt taste like cardboard and you dont get a small patty on your buns and the fries are crispy. All three visits the food has been good. All three visits the food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, the customer service was not as consistent. The time that I walked in and went through the drive through the service was good. When I ordered on the phone I used my nickname in English and when I picked up my food the two ladies openly mocked my name and pronounced my nickname in Spanish in a sarcastic tone. I dont mind that they did it it Spanish it was their sarcasm and mocking manner. What kind of service is that? I was ready to cancel the order but my sick kid and husband were starving. Keep your politics out of your business.

I came here last night for fish and chips. I want to substitute zucchini instead of fries since they dont have sweet potatoes fries. Pulled up the drive through without a welcome it smile from the pregnant cashier, she handed me the food without asking for payment. Gave her the credit card so she can charge for food. While she did I looked at my food, instead of zucchini I was given onion rings. Was going to let her know but she walked away without turning back. Waited for 3 mins until another girl came by. She then apologized and given me the correct order. I ate my food took about 4 votes of different fish pieces, the rest are in the trash. Fish were not fresh, rubbery and chewy. I have had better fish and chips elsewhere. Should have gone to Farmers Boys for my food. The service was bad and food was ripped off. I will not going back not recommend this place. This place was under new management...please do something!

Victory Diner is a great place to eat! it is very clean, affordable, inviting, and the staff have always been pleasant to me and my coworkers. Food is very tasty, and the portions are extremely filling. For the reviews that have claimed to have poor service, please keep In mind, all people have bad days, even yourselves, we are human. That day maybe they did not feel well, or things happened at home, or they just had a rude customer or who knows what is going on. Dont judge the establishment for one not so good episode. This is a very nice place, I really cant see anyone leaving still hungry.

I discovered this place just driving by. I had the Pastrami special. Fantastico. There should be a line waiting just for this. Served with yellow chillies and very good fries. I have had to be in Orange several times since November, and this is the meal for me. They pile the meat high and the bread is just as fresh as can be. Just a place, decor is nice enough. Love the smiles and friendly ppl that greet you when you walk in the food is good LOVE the coffee fast service. Ive never had a complaint befor but today the person who brought the food to our table was in a bad mood and she let it be known I asked for an extra plate she just turned and looked at me and walked away and never brought the plate I had to ask someone else for the plate but other than this bad experience its been good

The service sucks! They didnt even greet me when I walked in... After I finally got their attention I ordered my food. I got home open the bag very small portions for a 9 dollar meal. The food wasnt good at all. I will never ever go back to this place it sucks!... If I could give it 0 stars I would. And my boyfriend Mikes meal sucked too.

Tried their breakfast burrito which was to have egg, bacon, cheese, hash browns. It was more like a hash brown burrito, there was no cheese and hardly any egg or bacon. Gave them a second chance at breakfast. We ordered their platter breakfasts, all the food tasted like it had been cooked in old/rancid oil. No thanks!!!

Victory Diners 2 for 1 burger special is unbeatable. I tried them for the first time December 2016. I was on my way to Carls when I decided to give that special a try, and I do not regret the choice I made one bit. Matter fact Ill pick this place over Carls every single time! The price is right and the food is good.

On this particular Sunday the cook decided not to clean the flat top or pan in which the bacon was cooked. There were burned pieces from previous batches on my bacon and it ruined the meal. The food is average. The restaurant lay out is nice and open ever since they remodeled.

drive-thru takes forever! Cheese burger w/fries & soda x2 $20..Ive gone 3 times & not sure why all 3 times Ive been charged diffrent prices for the same order .. this time it wasnt good .. my burger was dripping water, think from the lettuce

Great food for your money, everything on the menu is yummy, hamburgers, fries, burritos, sandwiches, breakfast all day! Plus, drive-thru open 24 hrs Tuesday -Sunday when u have a yen for something to eat late at night

Food is good. Big menu. Asked for medium rare steak and eggs but got well done. The soda fountain water button only dispenses ice tea. Steak was good though and tender. Lots of seating and the staff is friendly.

Food is as expected of a diner, no food so far disappointed me. There is fried chicken here, but takes 20 minutes to make every time. Their fries are great and all the food portions are pretty big.
